Not only did I get undercooked pizza as I picked up my order with the code the little door didn’t open. As I gave the guy the code and name he proceeds to say to me “ we get guys like you in here all time stealing pizza and running.” Really would like to know what he meant by this.

Pizza is always good however the service, and attitudes of employees here sucks. Don’t even bother ordering ahead because everyone who placed in person will receive their order 30 minutes to an hour before yours even prints. New year’s eve we placed an order at 10am to be ready at 6:30 and yet the guy at the counter claimed he didn’t see it and had a major attitude towards EVERYONE inside the store, we arrived at 6:30 and didn’t even get the order until 7:30. The order tracking never updated, and there were plenty of other people waiting with the same complaints as me. It was upsetting and I probably won’t use them anymore.

Update: tried again. Tracking never updated so we went in to see if done. It was. Got home and whole order was wrong and over cooked. No way to contact anyone about wrong order except go back to store which I was unwilling to do because of bad weather. This store is pathetic and needs shut down

Came here to pick up a couple pizzas and crazy bread and the employees were kind. The pizza overall was pretty good and a little greasy but it’s a good Little Caesars.

My experience closely matches the bad reviews of other patrons. The guy that took my order at the counter was friendly enough but once he disappeared to the back I didn’t see him or my order for nearly 1 HOUR. The place was empty of customers and, as far as I could tell, no orders ahead of mine. The 2 other staff members, from what I could observe while they were briefly in my line of view, were purposefully avoiding all customer contact. They were completely unengaged, lacked personal hygiene (that’s a gross understatement) and unapologetic about the 1 hour wait time. I would have walked out after 30 mins if I hadn’t already dropped 30 bucks PLUS GRATUITY. The people employed here just don’t care and I’m sure their lack luster attitude has traveled down the pipeline from higher-ups. After considering all the bad reviews this joint has, as well as my own poor experience, it makes sense why I was the only customer in that store. As for the food, it was sub-par at best. Not worth the wait. Never, like ever, again.

I tried to order a pizza with a stuffed crust, but the guy taking my order refused to give it to me. He got upset just because I asked and gave me a regular pizza without even telling me. He didn’t even let me order the other things I wanted.
It took about 40 minutes just for a REGULAR pizza, and the staff kept going to the back without helping the other desperate customers waiting with me. On top of the bad service, they serve with a terrible attitude—angry, like the customers owe them something.
