The one and only McDonald’s in Cedar City on the W 200 N. Not far from this McDonald’s you can find lots of motels (like the Quality Inn we stayed the night) and other quick service restaurant chains (Burger King, Denny’s, Taco Bell, KFC, Sonic Drive-In and Subway).

I was so impressed by the service I received today! I particularly want to commend the wonderful lady who assisted me. Though she is a person with a non-visible disability, she was absolutely wonderful—super cool, attentive, and handled everything with such grace and professionalism. Went through this place tonight, didn’t understand they make ice cream, ordered a double cheeseburger meal, and two cokes.
Received, one double quarter pounder, and a ten piece nugget.
Tried to eat the burger was drenched in grease, tried the honey mustard that came with the nuggets with my fries, tasted old as it was gelatinous glob in the container.

The ordering from the app with the table service is generally quite good, though occasionally hit and miss. Definitely not the least expensive McDonald’s I’ve been to, but it is in a good location. It does have one of the best play areas for kids I’ve ever seen.

Water faucet doesn’t work in the men’s restroom. The sensor is nearly non-functional and very positional. There was blood (clots) and mucous all over the sink and the soap barely put out the foam soap. If this is the restroom male employees are using it’s a major health hazard. The door opens inward and there are no paper towels to grab the handle. My family and I left feeling totally disgusted. Again, a major health hazard.

I have been to McDonald’s probably 2,000 times in my life. I mean I have gone there a lot, all over the country. Tonight was easily the worst experience I have ever had at the Golden Arches. We ordered a 20-piece nugget, 2 large fries, 2 cheeseburgers, and a large soda. We were the only ones in DT but it took a very long time for them to produce the chow. The soda was actually good. The nuggets, fries, and cheeseburgers were cold and vile. They also forgot to give us sauce for the nuggs, which might have helped a bit. I feel like I need to save all the food we didn’t eat so that I can give it to a doctor or a lawyer if I get food poisoning.

Mixed Experience: Good Food, But Cleanliness Needs Immediate Attention. Overall, the food was prepared well, but the cleanliness of the dining area was shockingly poor.
The Positives (Food and Order Accuracy):
Our order was correct, and the food was hot and tasted great, which is always the goal. The quality here is certainly up to par.
The Negatives (Cleanliness and Service Time):
The primary issue was the dining environment. The floor throughout the restaurant looked disgusting and sticky – multiple spills all over and very dirty. Plus, almost every single table was visibly dirty. I ended up having to wipe down our table myself just so we had a clean spot to eat.
To me, this level of grime is a strong indication that the restaurant is severely understaffed or that there’s a serious lapse in management oversight regarding essential cleaning duties.
We also experienced a longer-than-expected wait for our food, which further suggests staffing challenges.

Absolutely horrendous. I am not normally a fan of McDonald’s food anyway, but it had been a long time since I’ve really had it, and a friend wanted to go, so I gave them another shot. Horrible customer service, and bad food. I understand being short staffed, if they were, and that it was busy… but for gods sake, the picture below is my order untouched. Besides the fries only being filled maybe 60% of the way, they were the most stale fries I have ever eaten in my life. After waiting for 35 minutes to get my food, I would expect it to be fresh. Not to mention that they didn’t even bother to fill the drink up all the way… the employees there do not care at all. And of course, to follow the meme, their ice cream machine wasn’t working. I will not be returning.

Just like the other location. Understaffed extremely long wait times. Horrible management and im guessing horrible pay. Pay your workers a good wage and people will WANT to work. These poor workers get screamed at by customers. Whomever the managers/owners are really need to be out on the nightshift. Because waiting 30 minutes in the drive thru is unforgivable. There is no fast about this fast food.

I ordered a crispy menu. When the menu comes there isn’t a chicken or a beef inside the burger. So I called the McDonald’s, I told them there isn’t chicken inside the burger. After I said that they hang up the phone immediately.
