The service was outstanding. The guy working in front counter could’ve been a frontman for a band. He was so helpful and so friendly I just had so much game. The food was good the veggie burger and fries tasty,The parking was easy. It was just a win, especially for casual dining.

Wow, this location beats them all, and I’ve been to a lot of P.Terry’s, from the customer service from the inside to outside service through the drive-through Q- he has such a great personality and customer service, and always makes sure to double check the order and is very attentive to other customers, all while still being so busy! I make sure to come back to this location after this great experience!

I went thru the drive thru lanes at noon. There arec 2 lanes, and at that time, each lane had 5 cars in front of me. I only spent 10 mins waiting for my food. The burger and fries were delicious.

I like P Terry’s, but it delivers an inconsistent product, particularly the fries. Sadly, more often than not, the fries are squishy as though old or undercooked. I can only recall a couple of orders the fries were crispy and ,therefore, delicious. The burgers are good more often than not. Occasionally a little salty or smothered in sauce, but tasty nonetheless. If I didn’t like P Terry’s, I wouldn’t complain, I would just never show back up, but I do, so I hope they get it right.

service here is slower than the other P Terrys but that’s not what brings me here.
I absolutely do appreciate yall giving out dog treats but I highly recommend getting smaller, bite sized treats. I was offered one today for my dog who’s a small 10lb guy. It was a large milkbone so i broke it in half and gave my dog a half but his teeth eventually got stuck in it to where we had to frantically get it out by scraping away at the milkbone around his teeth with a dental tool. He’s totally fine now and yes i should’ve probably known better but this is just an FYI for your customers with small dogs, to employees who notice a small dog and want to speak up and to management who may consider smaller treats.

The interior has plenty of seating, and is quite clean for a burger chain. I appreciate how they had a dedicated worker attending to the cleanliness and orderliness of the interior (organizing the drink station, cleaning off tables, etc). The cashier was super friendly, and quite cheerful. I wasn’t blown away by the speed of service, but I wouldn’t classify them as slow (I also wouldn’t classify them as fast). They have a drive-thru, and men’s and women’s restrooms. If you enjoy burgers, fries, and shakes, you’ll really enjoy P. Terry’s.

P. Terry’s is by far the best of the fast food world. I feel lucky to be in Austin with lots of great locations, and this one on William Cannon is my go to since it’s close to home and it’s always great. My mom and I treat ourselves often when we don’t feel like cooking. My favorite is the grilled chicken sandwich spicy with cheese, is delicious large and filling. Three fries and lemonade are super yummy if you’re feeling like a combo.
