I had a great experience at the Chipotle near Palm Beach Lakes Blvd & Okeechobee Blvd! From the moment I walked in, the restaurant felt clean, bright, and welcoming. The interior has a cool industrial vibe, and I especially loved the large artistic wall piece near the fountain of drinks, as it really gives this location some personality and makes it stand out from other Chipotles.
The food was fresh and generously portioned. The chips were warm, crisp, and perfectly salted, where you could tell they were made in-house because they had that light, slightly bubbly texture and just the right crunch. Chipotle without a doubt has the best tortilla chips!
I ordered a burrito, and it was packed with flavorful ingredients. The brown rice was well-seasoned and fluffy, the beans were tender, and everything was layered evenly so you get a little bit of everything in each bite. The lettuce and corn salsa were fresh and crisp, and the chicken was juicy and well-cooked. Nothing was skimped, as it was a hefty burrito that felt worth the price.
Overall, this location delivers exactly what you want from Chipotle with fresh ingredients, solid portions along with an inviting atmosphere. I’ll definitely be coming back whenever I’m in the WPB area!

The photo of this food looks good, right? You wouldn’t believe that this is the most bland meal I’ve ever had in my life. I only ate once today, a small sandwich, and I wanted to end my night with a good, solid meal. I haven’t had Chipotle in a few weeks, and I haven’t been to this location in a couple of years, but wow, this was disappointing.
There was literally no flavor. I couldn’t smell any aroma at all, just dry, flavorless food. The chicken was bland, the rice wasn’t seasoned, the steak had no taste, and everything somehow managed to taste burnt and bland at the same time. I honestly thought I was losing my sense of taste for a second, but nope, it’s the food.
It wasn’t cheap either, and on top of that, DoorDash refuses to give me a refund. This is unacceptable.

The food they had left was okay. It was 9pm, they’re open until 12. No white rice, no chips, no fajitas. Every table, every day is dirty. Every trash can, EVERY DAY full to the brim and spilling over with trash. And there’s people standing around in the back just looking at us. I’m beyond annoyed and I don’t usually take the time to write reviews but nobody wants to eat in a place like this.

Occasionally, Chipotle offers a pop-up buy one get one free deal & my most recent trip occurred on pre-Thanksgiving Day (Thanksgiving Eve)! The caveat was that this BOGO offer was exclusively valid at 4pm until closing for in-person restaurant orders only (no ordering ahead via their app), so you had to risk waiting in a possible long line. However, taking up Chipotle on this meal deal was well indeed worth the wait, especially since I’m known as “Coupon John”
I ordered two chicken burritos & boy, Chipotle certainly is NOT shy with their portion sizes (just look at the pics). They generously pack their burritos to maximum full capacity—that I can understand why they offer double tortilla wrap for an extra charge.
I also like the fact that they prepare & utilize fresh ingredients that are organic as much as possible (as they live up to their slogan, “food with integrity”). I can certainly taste & discern the high-quality freshness in their ingredients (clean & nutrition-packed fuel)
So whenever you’re craving good-quality Mexican food that is very filling & also a much healthier alternative to typical fast food, then Chipotle is definitely the way to go ➡️ I will definitely always take advantage of a $9.15 BOGO special for two jam-packed burritos any day of the week (in keeping my wallet slim & my belly full)!

Can I give 0 stars for service and atmosphere! Terrible service. I was told they were out of guac (I ordered a veggie bowl, which comes with guac). Ok out of guac no problem. But there was guac on the other side for the online orders. But they refused to put it in my bowl. I could see it but couldn’t have it. So I placed an online order for a side of guac while I was standing in the store. Which means I paid for guac that should’ve come on my veggie bowl. The lady behind me did the same thing. We were both annoyed. When I asked I was told those online orders took priority over my order. And their online order screen showed no orders at the time. So basically no order took priority over my order. Not to mention the restaurant was dirty and the staff was rude and could have cared less. I love chipotle but I won’t be back. Terrible service!

I went and got a bowl and found a bug in it. Disgusted, I went to the employees at the front and showed them the bug. They were very rude and snarky about my comment and Jean only refunded me for my steak bowl not even my drink and chips. Very inconsiderate. Don’t go unless you want bugs in your food.

Did online order. Was ready within 10 minutes. Upon entering and waiting for bag to be put on shelf within a minute a team member asked with a pleasant, polite tone if I was here for pickup then gave me my bag. Drinks were stocked and station clean. Food serving size was great. Like its been everywhere else the past couple years. Im stuffed about to pop. Flavor was great with the al pastor chicken.

I am just going to be straightforward and say that I am confused why this location is not closed.
Is it me or Chipotle is just not what it used to be. Line is almost empty but everyone is just so rude or just over it . Costumer service is at a negative and the way they throw that food in that bowl … Lord.
There was no utensils, and when I asked for some, I was just handed the open box.
Don’t question the two stars yelp reviews or any other bad comments. It is actually THAT bad.

My grandson loves Chipotle and every time we go he is not satisfied. The workers are not polite and they slang the food around. He wanted Chipotle again tonight and I didn’t want to go. But he loves it. I went in with him this time. The servers are not friendly and were very messy with the food. I ordered brisket and the server was scraping the bottom to make two orders. I told him I will wait for fresh brisket and said that was a full order. It was not a full order at all. Then the girl asked me if I wanted extra. First of all, I was already waiting for them to get more. The person behind me who ordered steak had steak covering the rice and beans and here I am with this one scoop in the middle of my two bowls. I like the food but I want to get what I paid for. Their attitudes were worse than their service. They just rush you through the line making a mess and then charge you all this money. I did support your restaurant by getting the food but I can’t help feeling taken advantage of. While I was eating , it was just a bunch of small pieces of fat, terrible. When or if I visit this restaurant, which is the closest to my house, I will express my unsatisfaction with the service. I spent $47 on three kids meals.
This location, on Palm Beach Lakes, has the worse service and attitudes of any of the Chipotles I have visited and I have been to a few. And that $2.75 tiny guacamole cup was frozen in the middle.
It was just…. so disappointing!

Entering this location today I had one of the most unprofessional and unhygienic experiences I’ve ever encountered at a restaurant. An employee wiped his mouth, then immediately tried to handle and bag my food. I politely told him not to touch my order, yet he ignored me, grabbed it anyway, and did so with an obvious attitude as if basic hygiene was too much to ask.
This was not only disgusting but also disrespectful. I refused the food because I value my health, which clearly was not a priority for your staff that day. If this is considered “just doing their job,” then food safety at this location is a serious concern
