Had a nice evening at Red Lobster. Love the new menu. Had shrimp and crab. Cooked very well and reasonably priced. The highlight of the evening was my server Diana. Her expert knowledge of the menu and her kind prompt service was stellar. Definitely going to request Diana on my next visit.

The service was excellent. Our waitress was attentive. She made sure my order was made how I asked, and she checked on our table frequently to make sure that we had everything we needed and that we were having a nice dining experience . The hostess, named Yoli, was welcoming and friendly. She introduced herself to our table and checked on us frequently as well. Thank you! Have a blessed day!

We came for the viral seafood boil and drinks and damn, we were beyond satisfied! The flavors were rich, the seafood plentiful, the dessert was scrumptious, and the margarita flight was delicious! Stephanie B was an amazing server, very friendly and attentive! ☺️

The service, the food and the atmosphere was outstanding. The drinks that were made were outstanding. Really? Great for family oriented, getaway and enjoy the seafood. Seafood man was absolutely wonderful, great flavor. Great timing didn’t take long, and like I said, just was amazingly good.

I get the same order each time but this recent order was unacceptable. i don’t normally write reviews but def will try somewhere else for crab. i ordered the Crab Your Way which is supposed to be a pound of crab along with potatoes and melted butter. instead, i got a mess. i spoke with jennifer on 11/18 she offered to remake it for me next day as she would be in for pm shift. i called next day on hold for over 15 mins. called back & was told jennifer wasn’t working and manager tiffany unable to resolve or speak with me and i provided my contact details to karen who took my call. waste of money and time. i’ve also went through my rewards app to escalate the issue with no response to date

Had a wonderful experience. Diana took care of us and she gave us such fantastic service!! Very kind, great attention to detail and made a birthday celebration special and memorable. The feast meal was super generous in portion and their drink selection was great. We’ll be back.

We have been going to this RL for many years. Recently they updated their menu & the location seems cleaner and fresher smelling.
But the best part was our waitress today. Valerie was cheerful, hospitable and forward thinking. She had my husbands 2nd sweet tea ready at our table before he had a chance to ask. That is 5 star service nowadays.
Do ask for Valerie when dining at this location. She will treat you right!

Bianay was a great server, she helped us with recommendations. She checked on us multiple times and ask us for our honest feedback. We told her that the lobster bisque was not that good, which she replied I will keep that in mind. She was very personable and made great conversation. She asked if he had any birthdays and we said yes my little sister. She offered a dessert but we were really full.

Food was amazing but what made this the best experience was our waitress Ripley W. She went out of her way to make sure my family was comfortable and has the restaurant turn the heat up because it was freezing. Her respectful and courteous manner went a very long way. I would come back to this location anytime Ripley is working she’s an angel!
