Didn’t even really try to make proper tacos. Like 3 black beans made it into each taco. This time I had ordered “dine in” (instead of “to-go”), because I figure that employees would be too embarrassed to face me with ridiculously empty tacos. I wonder how worthless my 4 tacos would have been if I had ordered them “to-go.”

I drove thru the drive thru today the lady that was at drive thru was very polite. But went I got my food it was cold and the beef chalupa shell was hard. I normally have good experiences but was very disappointed this visit! Will continue to come back though great people there!

Are yall serious? $30 worth of food just to be delivered to the wrong house? And no refund? Really? And HORRIBLE service! We called and we were on the phone with the manager. The manager gave the phone to someone that’s lower than them!? Are you kidding? And yall tried gaslighting? Saying it was drive through? I know it was delivery! And YES it WAS delivered on the app! NOT ON DOORDASH! There is NO history on the DoorDash app! I know what I’m talking about! Just HORRIBLE!!!

Food was amazing but the employees were very rude to each other. While waiting for our food one of the workers was yelling at a manager demanding him to clock her in while the lobby was full of customers. Not very professional

I was gonna let it go at the fries when the entire container was at the bottom of the bag. I was gonna let it go when they were cold. But what I’m not gonna let go is my quesadilla not being cooked what so ever and ice cold. This is straight out of the bag when I got home and I live right down the street there is in NO WAY my food would be ice cold in 2 minutes of driving home my fries be on the bottom of my bag and my food not even cooked fully. That’s a good way to give someone E. coli or salmonella.

Sometimes I get all my food and it’s great sometimes I get some of my food and it sucks. Sometimes they follow the take this ingredient off because my kids allergic sometimes they don’t. Very hit and miss.

Yesterday I went through the drive-through and I did an online order. I get home to open up my box and I eat my tacos the meat was extremely dry. I mean disgusting and I went around three in the afternoon I get y’all wasn’t busy, but it shouldn’t be dry and disgusting and I’m normally not a complainer about anything but I was very mad that I wasted my money on food that was absolutely disgusting and dry. So I called today and I asked for a manager and she’s like this is one and I told her the situation about my food and she was just like being very rude and she’s like oh we’re busy OK, but that is no excuse to be rude to me when I wasn’t rude to you and being disrespectful to customers is not OK. I work with customer service and if I did that I would be fired. And she hung up in my face and then had the audacity to lie to the other manager and said she didn’t but she did. The fast food workers is getting out of hand. You should not disrespect customers when they’re not disrespecting you. We get your stressed and busy But there’s no excuse to disrespect others!

The workers are very nice, and welcoming, especially the lady with the noise ring very nice but I don’t know her name. Only issue is they could do better on the door dash orders.

Past two times been rushed to order.
First time we didnt get 3 tacos went back still proceeded to not get my order right.
2nd time they refused to fix my order knowing I said my order 3 different times. Manager that is working today 9/9/25 was also very rude. Will not be going back. Your Workers need glasses and hearing aids since they wanna keep messing up orders

The morning shift runs this place amazingly, the afternoon shift not so much. I’ve had items made incorrectly, received the wrong items, or not received the item at all in the afternoon.
