So glad that this place is still here! We’ve been coming here for years, and every time the service is fast and friendly. You’d be hard pressed to find a sit down restaurant where you can feed your whole family for about 10 bucks a person. I had the spicy penne with sausage and it was delicious!

Fazoli’s is a fairly, reasonably priced fast food Italian restaurant and the overall experience is pretty good.
The staff is friendly and patiently welcoming as my mother slowly figured out the menu. She ordered ravioli and I got the Spicy Baked Ziti. The dining area provides grated parmesan cheese and chili peppers in jars but I didn’t use either, because the server came around with freshly shredded Parmesan (nice touch) and the Spicy Baked Ziti didn’t need any more spice .
As a matter of fact, the spiciness of my dish was really intense. I am not complaining because I love full blast spicy Thai and Korean food but I was a little unprepared for some “over the top” heat! In contrast, the ravioli was quite mild.
The breadsticks were good but didn’t come around quite often enough. The drinks were self-service which seemed a bit out of keeping with the otherwise good service.

Pretty good for pasta needs. Faster than Olive Garden and even has a drive-through. Its a little expensive versus something like McDonalds but if you want something fettuccine or penne with marinara or Alfredo sauce: then consider stopping here.
This location in specific has construction around it lessening the amount of dine-in customers.
My only complaint would be they don’t always offer the fresh parmesan cheese with your order when you dine-in.

Ordered for takeout which the food was ready on time. But they forgot one of our food items even after checking off on the receipt all correct items were in the bag. Pasta was overcooked and a bit mushy. Meat sauce was decent but definitely needed to contain more meat

Absolutely terrible experience! We went on Veterans day and wasn’t even greeted. When we ordered, we were only given a 10% military discount when it was supposed to be a free meal (Veterans Day Promo). When we explained that it was supposed to be complimentary, the cashier looked at us like we were crazy and didn’t even bother to go ask a manager about it. He told us “nah, we don’t do that here” and when we asked if he was sure he said “yeah, there’s no button for it”. Of course there’s no button for it, its a promotion that the manager has to clear!! The workers didn’t care at all and the entire place was disgusting. Guess it was a good thing we didn’t get the food there…

Best fast Italian food ever. The baked chicken alfredo tasted so amazing. I always get a triple chocolate cheesecake because it has such a rich taste. Their pizza tastes great as a side. You can’t go wrong with anything. The staff here is very friendly .

I travel and stop at eat at many Fazoli’s. The bread sticks here were not hot like most and they offered only 2 when I normally receive 4. The lunch special included a large salad and Spaghetti. While the salad was big the spaghetti was a very small portion. The spaghetti with meat sauce is always good but I do like extra sauce.

Haven’t seen one in years so I had to stop (twice on my run each time I drove to Indy). It seems to have gotten better over the years since they’ve been around locally.
Honestly, this is one of those places where if it closes you can’t ever understand why it closed. Great service here at this one. Thanks.
