Not so friendly atmosphere, management was sitting and talking to guest and didn’t bother greeting us. After placing our orders was apologized to by an employee for having to wait longer due to the same manager going to the back and moving our tickets causing the cook to think the order we placed was already made. Food eventually came out and was good but the location would be last on my list of visits in the future

Ordered from here a couple of months ago and I received country fried steak with gravy without the gravy.
No big deal.. spoke to Mr. Bell he said I could go up there. He’d give me a free meal. I chose not to. It’s just gravy, so I ordered again today. I called Mr. Belll while placing the order and asked him to please make sure everything was with it this time he assured me it would be. I ordered strawberry cheesecake Pancake and received it without the strawberries.
No big deal, but still very annoying.. Not sure third time will be a charm on this one. Dont get it delivered. Pick up and double check after them!

Came earlier this morning and we had a pleasant time. the 2 hostess working were the most enthusiastic host I’ve met. Also our waiter Marco was very kind and attentive throughout our whole visit my wife said we found our indefinite breakfast spot! Great food

This is my 3rd time at this location and every time I get the same server Mrs Lisa she is always nice friendly very patient and professional just having her as our waiter makes the trip worth coming every time the food is always hot, fresh and on point , even the bathrooms are cleaning . Everyone we encountered is friendly and professional. Of course there is a wait if you want good and hot food just like at home cooking you must wait and is always worth the wait.

My husband and I had an amazing time this morning at IHOPs on Berkeley boulevard. Our waitress and hostess was especially warm and friendly. They made our morning feel so much brighter at a difficult time. I would like to give a shout out to the cook Ms. Stephanie. Our food was amazing. The bacon crispy, egg scrambled well, toast delicious and waffle was amazing. I’m looking forward to Ms. Stephanie cooking me breakfast again.

This IHop never fails to deliver. What I really love is that they have gluten-free pancake options that taste like the real thing. The service was attentive as usual. Although its rather busy 11am on a Sunday, it still worth the wait.

The food is okay but people that smoke should not be in the eating area. They also have an infestation of pest infestation. The seats were dirty and it seems like they go through it and wipe off but don’t rinse out the rag to re-clean the table with clean water, My pancakes were not fresh. As a matter of fact I ended up thinking I was going to go back and eat them and I never did and I’m glad because they were not fresh at all. The grits had lumps in it

It had been a while since my family and I had been to IHOP, partially due to Covid a few years ago. This particular visit was a birthday lunch for my boy girl twins. The food was very good. We enjoyed it very much. The only thing that concerned me a little bit was my waitress. For the most part, she waited the table pretty good but I felt like she was not as attentive as she was with the table next to us. I did not file or make a complaint, because nothing bad had happened. This will not stop us from revisiting to enjoy a good meal. I still tipped anyway because you never know why a person may or may not be doing as well as they could possibly could.

Very happy with my pancake combo, the double chocolate chip is my favorite. Dakota and Riyah are sweet hosts, they took care of everything. Will come back again.
