My wife and I stop in the Wadesboro McDonalds as we do each time we come through town. A few years ago this was such a clean and pleasant atmosphere. We stopped in on Sunday 11/30/25 and was appalled at how nasty it has become. It’s getting worse with each visit every few weeks. The bathroom was nasty with urine on the floor, the sink faucet was not working properly. It smelled terrible! My wife said the women’s restroom wasn’t any better. When I went to order food, I noticed the floor in the dining room was also nasty throughout. Also noticed that on a holiday weekend, there was not a single person eating in the dining room. You really need to fix these issues. I can tolerate a lot but not a filthy eating establishment. Very disappointed! Almost as bad as Hardee’s Restaurants in the area which I no longer frequent.

Worse McDonald’s I have ever eaten at. Chicken sandwich was tough, the fries were all less than 2″ long and cold. Bought the two cheeseburger meal and you could only taste the ketchup and pickle. I actually opened the bun to ensure there was meat on it.
I was on my way to an appointment and could not turn around to complain.
I wouldn’t recommend this McDonald’s to any one.

I just got home from picking up my drive thru order. Fries were cold and I didn’t have my honey mustard sauce or the apples that were supposed to come with the happy meal. They really need some training.

Horrible. Employee working the counter was extremely rude and agitated. Food was cold and tasted terrible. We were scared to eat it and tossed it.
Update: I did receive a call from a manager who was very nice and apologetic.

Stopped in on a long trip to obtain a order of fries. I waited at the counter watching people in the back cooking food. No one was at front counter. After several minutes someone came …I asked if she could take my order…she replied they were too busy to take anymore orders…I was standing behind a man in front of me…only 2 people in line….I left.

Every time i go to McDonald’s i always order the big Mac combo !! It’s good and the staff is friendly at drive – thru because i always get my order to go !! Keep up the good work !!

The women’s bathroom was disgusting. The handicap stall had a big roll of toilet tissue on the floor along with a bunch of water either from the toilet or where someone had an accident. Another stall was broken where the automatic flush was broken and their was poop in it. At least the third stall was decent enough.

Just did a mobile order, counter pick up. Two female team members greeted me pleasantly as I entered the restaurant. But the young lady at the front counter, she was especially friendly, with a big bright smile. Definitely a pleasant surprise for a McDonald’s, early morning at that. My food and drink were prepared well. Keep up the good work!

Stopped here to get food . 0/10 , they rude & lazy at night time . Fries didnt have no salt , they didn’t have no tea , no fruit punch , no tomato’s no nothing!!!! USELESS , and not worth stopping at ! Would never stop here again they SORRY ! Wouldn’t recommend!
