The best customer service experience I’ve had at a
McDonald’s, ever! Yes, the line was long, but the employee on the intercom was extremely lovely, and apologized for the wait. She used all of her manners and was very pleasant! Normally, I don’t give to Ronald McDonald’s house, but she was so excited about it today I did.

I came up here on 2/22/2026 at 12:11 am and place a simple order and request for it to be cook to order , the staff then told me to pull forward when I pull forward they had me sitting at the 3rd window for more then 30 mins because they pass out the wrong order . Then the black manger(Chris ) on third shift was on his phone by the 2nd window which I know not appropriate and have an very rude attitude and very poor customer service this is so unprofessional

Signs and online says open 24 hours. They don’t open until 4:15 for breakfast. They were all sitting around, I got there at 4:10, they said to get out of the drive thru line because the timer would go up and the boss would find out.
