The staff is also super friendly and knowledgeable—they do a great job explaining their coffee options and pastries.
My only drawbacks are the atmosphere. The shop can be fairly loud, and it’s noticeably cold inside—I wish they’d turn up the heat to make it more comfortable. The seating up front also isn’t the most comfortable and feels a bit canteen-like.
That said, I’d absolutely come back for the coffee alone.
I also want to shout out Lola who took my order. She has such a beautiful energy and was so kind and welcoming. You can tell she genuinely enjoys what she does, and she made the whole experience even better. Lola is amazing ❤️
I’ll definitely be coming back. If you’re looking for a nice place with good vibes and great service, this is the spot. You should try the Adeni / Karak Chai

I went to Haraz Coffee House tonight and was honestly really disappointed. It was very busy, which I expected, so I waited about 30–40 minutes in line. After ordering, I waited another 15 minutes for my drink and honeycomb bread. I understand that busy nights happen, but the service was frustrating.
While waiting, I overheard a couple of the baristas complaining about a customer who had been waiting and sounding annoyed about making their order. Hearing staff speak negatively about customers within earshot felt unprofessional.
I ordered a mango matcha latte with coconut milk, light ice, and a little extra mango. I watched it being made and saw whole milk used instead of coconut milk. When my husband asked for extra mango, the response was sarcastic. They also didn’t do light ice — it was filled with ice. The drink ended up tasting very bitter, mostly like matcha, with barely any mango flavor. It honestly wasn’t worth the wait or the price. The matcha tasted low quality and overpowering, with no balance.
On top of that, I asked for the honey to be on the side with the honeycomb bread, but it was poured on top anyway. When I got home and opened the box, the bread didn’t look fresh or properly presented. It looked uneven and messy, which added to the disappointment. I understand that places get busy, but attention to detail and professionalism matter. Unfortunately, this experience didn’t reflect that.
The coffee is exceptional, organic, rich, and full of flavor. Another huge plus is that the bakery is completely halal, offering some delicious treats that pair perfectly with the drinks.
Whether you need a cozy place to relax, work, or catch up with friends, this is the spot. The vibe is great, and the ambiance is beautiful and welcoming. I highly recommend stopping by if you’re looking for quality coffee and a great atmosphere.
