Placed an order through Uber Eats scheduled for pickup in the evening, but something went wrong, and on Taste of Philly’s end, it was an ASAP order. When I arrived hours later and we all realized what happened, they didn’t hesitate to remake my order. Sandwiches and fries were all solid. Disappointing. As other reviews say, food was flavorless. I got the green chili Philly which just tasted like unseasoned meat, and the fries which unfortunately just tasted like grease. I paid around $18 for the sandwhich and fries and didn’t finish them. I was one of 2 people in the shop and it took about 15min to get my food. Weird decor and vibes with American Ninja Warrior announcers shouting from the TV the whole time I waited. Just honestly don’t see anything to recommend about the experience besides the ordering which was done at a personless kiosk.

As a Philadelphian, I was really disappointed with my visit to Taste of Philly. The food was completely bland and didn’t live up to what a real Philly meal should taste like. They even forgot my chips, which made the order feel incomplete. On top of that, the place was extremely loud — hard to enjoy or even have a conversation. Definitely not the Philly quality I expected.

I ordered on DoorDash and it would not allow me to change what’s on the Philly. We don’t like onions so I tried to call the store and they would not answer I called 4 different times and not one answer. Now we have to sit here and pick out onions when it was a simple fix. Please make it so you can customize your sandwich this was very disappointing!

I ordered online for pickup from this location for the first time and it was ready by the time I got there. The fellow at the register was nice. The layout of the restaurant was confusing and I wasn’t sure where to go. The music was pretty loud. When I got home, my sandwich was still hot, which was a good sign. It was a bit messy and I was a little disappointed by the lack of meat compared to previous times I have been to Taste of Philly in Fargo. The most disappointing part of this was that the cannoli shell was as soft as a sponge. I love cannolis, so this was a major bummer.
