We are a Western, mountain-themed coffee shop and bar serving locally-curated coffee and tea, as well as a full-service bar with favorite liquors, draft beer, wine, and cocktails. Front Range is a one-stop neighborhood shop with curated gifts and goods for you and your home.

We love Front Range in both the Fairway and Kansas City (Waldo) locations. The Fairway location feels intimate and cozy, with a Colorado cabin–style vibe. The Waldo location is larger, creating a more open and airy atmosphere.
The outdoor space at the Fairway location is somewhat limited, and it would be great to see it expanded—especially given how much people enjoy being outside on those beautiful (and comfortable) Kansas days.
The service is friendly, though it was a bit slow during our visit due to only one staff member working. That said, the barista/bartender was attentive, acknowledged us promptly, and provided service as soon as it was our turn.
Overall, we are big fans of Front Range. Whether you’re in the mood for coffee or looking for alcoholic options, they truly offer the best of both worlds.

Had a great hot chocolate and my sis got an lavender oat milk latte. Both were delicious. The service was excellent. The bathroom was clean. I noticed they have a burrito on the menu and they also have drinks with and without alcohol. It’s quite a charming place check out the photos.

A very weak flat white. It’s on par with a Starbucks flat white in terms of flavor & milk game. Also it was quite large- I could barely taste the espresso to be honest. I don’t normally review the food as well from a café, but I’d like to mention that the little chocolate bits from the top of my pain au chocolate were not only useless because they didn’t stay at all, but they were also the bane au my existence once they spilled literally all over my car.
I will say, the employees were very nice!

This whole concept of alcoholic drinks and coffee under the same roof is hella dangerous…. especially any day on/after Thursday
We went in for our usual. A Cortado and a couple lattes. The Cortado was richhhh. As tempting as the Caramel Apple Chai Latte sounded, we ended up with the Ranger (Maple latte) and Bearsnack (Raspberry Mocha). All the drinks were delicious.
We were sitting outside and the baris-tender (Barista + Bartender…need to copyright that ) brought the drinks out to us. A pleasant surprise. I was about to go back in to grab our drinks. I forget his name (Steve, maybe?) was great at recommending drinks as well.
It wasn’t too busy when we went and we were able to sit outside and move inside when it got too hot. Parking is a little difficult to find…..and don’t get any ideas from my parking job
Overall, a solid place to spend some time and enjoy your fav drinks.

First time at Front Range (either location) and enjoyed my visit! It was a cool Sunday morning but people were already outside enjoying their coffees on the patio. Inside, the atmosphere was warm and cozy. There aren’t a ton of seats but there were a couple tables open around 9:45am.
I ordered a cinnamon roll (highly recommend!) and a seasonal cold brew with pistachio cold foam on top. Both were exceptional!
Servers were knowledgeable, helpful, and made excellent recommendations.

Perfect little coffee shop with intriguing drinks menu and a cozy atmosphere. We stopped by to get some tea and something sweet. Our hot teas were great, the gluten free lemon almond muffin ended up being too sweet for my taste. They have a full bar, it must be very busy and very lively at night. I can see how their mountain lodge decor, corky signs, Bob Ross art lessons and sports on their tv screens can attract customers of different ages, and make people feel at home. Their service is quick and friendly

Came here for a quick coffee. I ordered a cappuccino and my partner ordered a dirty chai. Both came out really quickly. They also had a small shop and some activities available for kids and families. I saw a lot of people meeting for crafts and a few folks who were using the space to work. It was a great atmosphere. Just the right level of busy to enjoy. I’ll definitely be back!

I came here one morning when I was off work and brought my dog with me. The parking was very limited, but there is another shopping area where you can use their lot to park your car for a bit, or you can get lucky and park in front of the shop. The interior is very welcoming and rustic, and I love how it feels inside if you get a chance to grab a coffee and stay and enjoy the ambiance. It feels like you are in a national park cabin—something like that. The sitting inside is very limited, but it is a lovely shop to check out if you are in the area. I highly recommend checking this spot out!
While I was here, I ordered my iced caramel latte to go. This place also serves drinks such as cocktails, wine, and beers.

Drinks were good. Very busy during a weekday. Probably wouldn’t return because it was just too busy for my liking. The food is a refrigerator grab & go set up. Pre packaged salads, sandwiches etc. We purchased, but would not do it again .
