Never tried the food and don’t really know the atmosphere so I can’t rate that . But outgoing service should be the same as service in person. Never tried these guys and was looking for a place that sold Pao de queijo because it showed it in my TikTok feed and these guys sold them so I wanted to try. I ordered the frozen Pao de queijo 25 ct hot and ready and for some reason they couldn’t complete the order. Instead of waiting three hours for my grub hub driver to tell me they couldn’t complete it . They should have called me the person who made the order to tell me they couldn’t complete it. So for that I’m giving this 1 star-should be 0

I placed an order through Doordash and noticed that the restaurant was going to close in about an hour. I called the restaurant directly to confirm they had received my order but they didn’t pick up. I waited 46 minutes and they canceled my order without any reason. Very unprofessional service. I’ve read some of the reviews and other people have complained about this and there’s even food poisoning mentioned. AVOID!

We arrived right around closing time and were helped by Ronaldo super cool guy, very friendly and very accommodating especially since they were in the process of closing.. it meant alot that he was so kind when he coukdve easily been annoyed with me showing up late.. oh and the food was great but even if the food was horrible Ronaldo would’ve gotten 5 stars from me either way!
