I was leary in going here. Due to negative reviews on owners keeping tips. Tends to mean staff just don’t care.
Me and my son decided to try it out.
Everything we ordered tasted really good! I got a seafood Alfredo dish, tasty. Cooked perfectly.
Son got a Alfredo and pasta dish, he loved it, cooked perfectly.
Got a pizza for my daughter who stayed behind at the hotel across the street. I tried that…it was really good.
Down side of the experience. Reading staff not getting tips. I waters to ask, but didn’t. Front entrance looks worn. Tables were all worn. It looks like it was happening place at one time and new owners have taken over or a group and need to do a little updating. I’m really hoping the no tipping thing has been worked out.
Parking is poor.
Washrooms looked clean.

This restaurant has lost its charm from previous years and has become a dive. Place is dirty, half of the bar TV’s don’t work, all draft beer removed except one, food quality is stale, dry and not worth the prices. They have zero pop on tap and resort to the smallest selection of caned pop. The images and menu online are false advertisement as the prices are $5 more per item and the place looks nothing like the photos. There is only 1 employee left as the rest all quit and as per them they quit due to working conditions and not being paid on time. Apparently there is no Culinary Chef, it’s the manager in the back making the food, but will reply to comments here that he will pass on reviews to his culinary team. There is no team or culinary experience here. I was told the owner is cheap and won’t spend a dime on this restaurant. Service took 30+ minutes after ordering to receive meals and there was only one other customer. It’s a shame that a restaurant like this is connected to a reputable hotel. The previous owners were way better back in the day and this place was once a fabulous little gem. Now it’s become a dump.

The steak with gnocchi was absolutely amazing — some of the best restaurant food I’ve had in a while! I honestly wasn’t expecting it to be that good. My partner tried the burger special and really enjoyed it as well. The bruschetta was also fantastic. Highly recommend this place if you’re looking for a great meal

Very nice for a hotel restaurant, the lighting is just a bit off.
I ate at the bar, which was bottom lit. This in its own wasn’t an issue, just the lack over overhead lighting mixed with various glares from the side lighting made the atmosphere feel weird and uncomfortable.
The seafood risotto was very well done and it was quite well priced.
The service was top notch.

We checked in around 8:30 at Four Points by Sheraton and had dinner at the restaurant attached to this hotel. They were closing at 9:00, but we were seated anyway. We ordered an artichoke dip with chips, caprese salad, chicken wings with a ginger chili sauce and a tomato bisque soup. The food was surprisingly quite good, considering the lateness of our arrival! We really liked Tom, the manager, who made conversation with us and made us feel welcome. Thank you for an enjoyable time!

My boyfriend and I went here for dinner for our first time and the experience wasn’t very great. After we ordered our food we waited almost 30 minutes for the waitress to come back and tell us that what my boyfriend had ordered (butter chicken) was not available and he will have to choose something else. He ended up choosing the Nashville hot chicken burger and asked for no pickles and no coleslaw. Fast forward to when we got the food his burger was completely plain just a piece of breaded chicken on a normal bun (was supposed to be brioche). He had mentioned this to one of the waiters and he took it back to the kitchen and came back with the hot sauce on it and had said the waitress told them no pepper.. I myself got the margarita pizza which wasn’t terrible but it was very very thin. When asked how the food was we told them it wasn’t very good and we weren’t offered anything in return. We definitely will not be returning to this restaurant.

We checked out the website and were excited about the Christmas menu. Different options, 4 courses, sounded like a great dining experience!
The waiter told us this menu was not available however the website did not specify any dates at all, super disappointing! We debated leaving but decided to stay and order off the menu.
I had the chicken Alfredo. It was FULL of onions. I have never had chicken Alfredo with onions in it, nor.the did menu state there were onions in the dish. I strongly dislike onions and so the food was not good for me. Had the menu listed onions in the ingredients I would have ordered my food wthout it. I did not eat over half of.my plate, after trying to remove the onions. The waiter did not ask how my food was, and didnt ask why I didnt want to take my food to go. Therefore the food only gets 1 star from me. Also, please remove the Christmas menu from your website OR specify the dates. Our group was highly disappointed and we won’t be back.

Saga my waiter was outstanding and made my decision to have the Filet Minot easy, chef Sammy knocked it out of the park and his signature recipe of the gravy was the best tasting I’ve ever had. Perfect!!!!

After a long trek across the prairies, we landed here at the hotel. The front desk recommended Il Forno, which was located across the parking lot.
It was by far the worst place ever! Service was terrible. There were ceiling tiles that were rotten and water stained and falling apart.
I ordered a New York steak. It was cut thinly and in half. Hard to explain what this piece of meat even was. The side veggies were still crunchy and cold.
My friend ordered steak and gnocchi. I think her steak were the possible remnants of mine. The gnocchi were over cooked and under-seasoned. My other friend ordered salmon and pasta. The salmon was so dry and the pasta was over-cooked.
The server was no where to be found. The food took more than 35 minutes – no bread – nothing. We were the only ones in the restaurant. A couple were just leaving as we arrived.
Terrible! Do not come here.
We complained and we got 50% off, which was still way to expensive for what we got.
