Came here with my husband and brother-in-law for dinner. The service from the workers was outstanding, and everyone was really nice and friendly! The store was mostly clean but could use a little tidying. They offer Sprecher root beer, but the soda machine was putting out watered down drinks. Would return again

Cousins has good subs, but are pricey for what you get. I got the roast beef and cheddar and spent around $18 for the sandwich alone. Granted the sub is very large and the ingredients are high quality. The taste is very good in my opinion. I enjoy going as a treat when I’m in town. That said the location was not busy at all. This location has a Subway almost next door for competition. I’m sure that doesn’t help, but they are really different classes of sub shops. The Cousins was clean but sparse. No frills decor, but not ugly either. Just very plain inside. Employees were helpful and responsive, but also not very busy. Overall a good experience, but they do have room for improvement at such a high price. I will be back.

I always loved cousins, but a while back I got an absolutely awful sandwich from this one and refused to go there… fast forward to THIS baby-wow!! Had a coupon for a free sub so I thought hmm I suppose I’ll give it a chance, probably new employees by now. And my bf brings home this absolute masterpiece made with LOVE by Anna C. and unwrapped with skepticism by ME, proven wrong to my delight by this literal piece of art. It is so good I may only get subs from you going forward from you, maam. Excellent work

There was only one employee working the entire store during the lunch rush. I placed my order online and unfortunately couldn’t cancel it, so I ended up waiting about 45 minutes for one sub. I genuinely felt bad for the employee, they were clearly doing their best. That said, it might make more sense to temporarily close if staffing is going to be that limited.

I started coming to Cousin’s for their great bread. Today my sandwich bread was horrible. Dry, breaking off in pieces. It makes the whole sandwich garbage. You pay $10 for a sandwich the least you can expect is some fresh bread. Very disappointing. Along the lines of Subways garbage.

Again ordered chips and was given the wrong flavor. How can employees be that dumb? How can’t you read a label. Sea salt and vinegar in no way resembles jalapeño.

Went through the drive through. Ordered two cheese steak subs, one with a large fries and one with chips. I then decided to ask for two bags of chips. I get up to the window and she tells me she charged me for two large fries when trying to add another bag of chips and asked me if I wanted both of them. She told me she couldn’t delete the second order of fries. I then asked her if I paid for the second order of large fries and she told me that I did. I then asked her why I wouldn’t take them if she had charged me for them. She then replied that she would give them to me and apologized for the mix up. I don’t really like fries, but I guess that was put on my lunch order today. Well, I tried to eat them, but they were awful and they had to be discarded. They were very soggy and not fresh. Very disappointed in the service and the quality of the food. Where is the quality control?

The most expensive regular soda around. Over $12 for a sub, soda, and chips.
Was the only one in the drive thru and still had to wait 9 minutes to get my food. And, of course, there are no napkins in the bag when the oil is already leaking through. Also, their prices are just as bad as Jimmy John’s. Over $10 for a half sub chips, and a small drink. That is out of control. And yes, cousins is my favorite sub place.

Served expired chips (exp 11/2 today is 11/7) and did not realize until they were already consumed. Our veggie subs were lacking big time. Never had a poor experience at cousins until today.

Not worth the price. All sandwiches and food we got were very bland, not flavorful. Very disappointed. Additionally, for the price, you’d expect a decent amount of meat on your steak sandwiches.
I strongly recommend Subway or elsewhere if you’re going to pay this much for a sub sandwich.

This will be my first and last experience with this particular cousins subs. From the beginning to the end it was a poor experience. Pulling in the lady taking our order through the drive thru had an attitude because we didn’t know what we wanted and asked questions about a sandwhich because we couldn’t read the sign. We finish ordering (a BLT, roast pork, and cheese curds) and waited 5 minutes for our food which would have been acceptable had they not forgotten our cheese curds. To be fair they hadn’t charged us either for the curds so we simply left as to not deal with the rude lady. Get home after 5 minutes of driving and my BLT has 3 slices of bacon on it and the roast pork is cold. I won’t be returning.
