I really don’t understand the problem with this sonic over the last few years. I have to wait 30 minutes for a small order, EVERY TIME. Not sure if it’s cooks, management or training. The carhops are fine. I NEVER wait this long at the other sonic in town and the seem way busier. Do better.
Edit: Yeah, pretty sure it’s the cooks. I don’t want to be “that guy” but they suck. What did we do, just grab a handful of onions and throw it in one spot? Lazy work ethic. Probably no accountability, and terrible managers with terrible pay. If this is franchise owned you should be ashamed.

Poor customer service the lady’s were very rude and disrespectful they did not seem to give two craps of being helpful or being nice they did not seem that interested in there job they faked care. Then they got the order wrong because they were not listening they left out giving us silverware, napkins and left out food, left out getting my drink, it should not have taken her 4 trips to make sure we get everything it should have only taken 1 time that shows they were not giving to craps they only care about getting paid more then the customer service and making sure the customers get what they need and want! Won’t be eating at this sonic for awhile, hopefully they’ll get in trouble but I highly doubt it pure laziness and wreck less workers and the boss is probably no better

I’ve dealt with many bad orders from this location but now feel the need to address this location. I ordered the premium breakfast burrito and tots. The burrito did not contain any cheese, onion or tomatoes. Oh I take it back..someone put in a slice of bitty tomato from last night’s hamburger. Last time I ordered a couple of Buffalo jumbo popcorn chicken. The bowl contained crumbles of breading n very little chicken. I went back n the manager only said it was a defective bag but when they provided me with a replacement the crumbles were still on the bottom n fresh chicken on top. I’ve never had any issues at the other location. I’ll be driving the extra mile for better service and management that cares about what leaves the kitchen

I eat here at least 3 to 4 times a week it close to work but today I ordered chicken strips I got them in a timely manner but I call back to get some catsup for my strips the person said it would be right out but finished my strips the catsup never came so this will be my last time here or any sonic I pay the price for food I don’t complain but if you tell me it will be right I believe you just said that not really meaning to comply Donnie

Turn off online ordering over 20 minutes before the store closes. I can see why you have under a 4 star rating sad. I’ll just go to the other sonic on the other side of town unless they do the same thing. Then, I’ll just stop going to sonics in Harrison.

Service has really gone down hill. I’ve had several little issues, but most importantly, getting jipped seems to be a running gag. The last 3 times i ordered a large pickle fry, I had similar results. Container held about 1/3 of the amount it’s supposed to… C’mon Sonic South! #DoBetter

I don’t eat burgers with cheese so they almost always mess up my burgers. But this time I ordered a Sunday and they didn’t put the lid on it good and when I picked it up it went everywhere twice. They did replace it for free later but I had to clean my trunk up and myself

UPDATE::: no. I won’t be wasting all day bouncing around calls for franchise owners who obviously don’t care about product or service. How about sonic corporate get involved and start holding these “owners” to a higher standard.
We stopped eating here for a long time due to the constantly wrong, cold, stale food orders.
A friend got hurt today so we walked over for a snack while waiting for the ER to check her out.
And unfortunately even after several years the same problems. Half cold, old stale food, and they couldn’t even bother putting both patties on my double cheeseburger…absurd.
Knock it down, fire them all top to bottom, and start over. You’ve failed.

I wanted to update my review. I received rancid onion rings today. I included a pic. How these managed to escape detection and get served to me – I don’t know. I swear, the taste, it’s like they were scraped out of the back of the freezer where they’d been since 1972. Again, how on earth could these be served to a human being? I am done with Sonic in Harrison. Way too many bad experiences.
