They do a really solid job for what it is, a convenient stop right at Hoover Dam.
We tried a chili cheese dog, a hamburger, and a club sandwich. The chili cheese dog was my favorite of the three. The hamburger was legit too, thick and satisfying, honestly felt closer to a third-pound burger than a quarter-pound. The club sandwich was the weak point, but the thick-cut applewood bacon definitely helped redeem it.
Service was friendly and the food came out quickly. After doing the dam tour, especially if you start early or have kids with you, you will be hungry. This place works perfectly for a quick lunch or snack without having to leave the area.
For convenience, attitude, and solid comfort food options, it earns a strong recommendation.

We got a Crispy Chicken Wrap, and Fish and Chips. The food was delicious. Very fresh. Fries were amazing. The fish was well seasoned. The wrap was great. Only thing was that the food is a bit expensive. 16 bucks for 1 relatively small plate. The wrap didn’t have much chicken in it.

This café is located directly in front of the main parking garage and south of the entrance to the Visitor and Tour Center. It consists of a food court with numerous indoor and outdoor seating options and attached to the café is a large gift shop, selling all the typical souvenirs items you expect to find at such a location. The items you will find are the gift shop and much higher as well as the food options, since this is really the only place on the dam to purchase these items, except for the occasional soda/water vending machines around the dam. There is another smaller gift shop located at Hoover Dam Overlook, which is on the Arizona side of the dam. The staff members in both the café and gift shop do not appear to be the happiest of employees but by no means are they rude or disrespectful. Probably just tired of all the dumb questions they must answer from all the visitors they have to deal with daily.

There’s no official website for the gift shop. It shares a building with the cafe. A few weeks ago I visited the store. However, there was a huge line and all the employees seemed busy besides one. I noticed that there was one employee in the corner that did nothing all. She was a heavier set woman with black hair. Other people starting noticing and seemed frustrated as well. When my friend asked an employee who the woman was. Apparently she was the MANAGER. Crazy to see this happening when the store is so well kept and the other employees were so helpful.

Amazing. Haven’t even tried the food but the view of the bridge and dam (literately from our table) will most likely influence our review. I mean if we could give the atmosphere 10 stars we would. Here goes….busy busy (it’s spring break), but the coffee is great. We also jumped right to lunch so, the hot dog was great. I think it was definitely worth the price even though it want that expensive. The club sandwich was a 10/10. The meat tasted fresh. The strawberry banana smoothie was also great. The people working in the kitchen seemed a little cranky but the janitor guy was really great. He actually seemed like he likes his job and he was very personable. Overall a pretty dam good place to have food (get it?).

The Hoover Dam Cafe is a charming place to unwind after exploring the Dam. I chose a cappuccino made from a push-button machine. While it wasn’t extraordinary, it was still quite decent.
What I enjoyed the most was the gift shop, which offers a variety of Hoover Dam-themed merchandise. I picked up some stickers to embellish my water bottle. It’s definitely a spot worth visiting, even if you don’t make a purchase.

I can’t believe I’m writing a raving review about a random gift shop cafe, but as a big foodie, this place deserves it.
You kind of expect to get your burger handed to you in aluminum foil too quickly, or your wrap to have the tortilla a little too soft, but no, not this place.
They clearly marinated the chicken in the wrap and perfectly seasoned everything. The balance of sauce to crunch to ingredients was absolutely stellar and it felt incredibly fresh.
The biggest burger was $22, and man, I expected a triple cheeseburger to kind of skimp on the patty size, but they’re all the same size as you’d get in a single burger.
I am thrilled we pulled the trigger on this cafe and the staff are incredibly fun and kind. I love places like this that just surprise you.

If I could, I would give it 0 stars. On January 1st at 4:39 pm, we went in to buy 5 coffees. The day was cold and rainy. While we were sitting and waiting for the coffees, a dark-haired young man told us to get up from the table, saying he was going to clean it. When he gave us the coffees, the last one was only half full. I approached the young woman who was arranging drinks in the refrigerator, and her response was that they were served that way in case someone wanted to add cream. But the strangest thing is that they only give you two small creams for the coffee. I told her that there were 5 coffees, that the first four were fine, but the last one was half empty. Then a young man came over and started insulting me with discriminatory words, even yelling at me that I wasn’t in my own state and that I should leave because the place was already closed. He even pushed me, and I told him to calm down and not to touch me again because I wasn’t being disrespectful or aggressive at any point. I told him, “If you want, call the police, you have cameras, and they’ll see what’s happening.” At that moment, the girl pulled him back, and another person who was upstairs also started yelling at us. My nephew hugged me and said, “Let’s go, don’t get angry with people who depend on customers like us.” Don’t go to this racist place.
