My feelings were hurt last night when I purchased the New “PAN” pizza from Papa John’s. The Box was the highlight of my purchase. The pizza was doughy and Cold. But I did a little surgery and reheated in the oven 10 minutes and it snapped back. Papa stay in your lane your pizza is not meant to pan crust. It throw’s the taste off if you want to be technical. And the price .

Had a small mishap. But I gave Papa’s 5 stars anyway. I got cold pizza. So they made it right. And made me a fresh one. Thank you so much Papa’s team. You guys rocked it out. I had a fresh pizza. Ordered the NY style pie as I’m from New York and love that’s type of pizza. I ordered it for pick up and when I arrived it was ready. The pizza was very good, not as good as the authentic thing by a long shot but still god for Ohio and a national franchise place.

Although I only tried their pepperoni pizza, it is one of the best pizzas I have ever tried.
Their garlic sauce is amazing!

Ordered twice from them “well done” pizzas and both times they were not even close to done. When you tried to pick it up it caved in and all the ingredients fell off because it was so underdone. Had to put it in the oven but that hardly helped.

I come up here a couple times a month it’s usually great. I tracked the pizza on my phone so I knew when to leave. I live about 8 minutes away I got there an still had to wait 5 minutes witch it ok. But they gave me the wrong pizza an my bread sticks. Witch was the reason I had to wait longer we’re still doe. I paid around $30 for the food it should have been right an done I’ll never return to this papa John’s .
