Don’t judge a book by its cover, this place has opened my eyes and my tongue has embraced the flavor adventure that is Masala. Every dish will leave you feeling more than satisfied, easily. The chicken lollipops are crispier than any fried chicken you’ll find, the NEW Masala tikki fries are easily my new favorite way to eat them. The butter chicken sauce is my new favorite sauce, even above ketchup. Everything about this place, especially the music and atmosphere is a very resonating experience. This is a hidden gem and should be the first place you go to for an introduction to Indian food.

It’s honestly one of the best places I’ve had. The butter chicken is nice and savory and with the add on of naan (specifically garlic) just adds so much flavor to it. The lamb here is incredible and don’t get me started with the chicken lollipop! Food is addictive and there’s so many possibilities to choose from!

Stopped by during the snowstorm and was blown away by the Chicken Tikka Masala—creamy, perfectly spiced tomato gravy with tender chicken that hits all the right notes. The biryani was aromatic, the rice was perfectly fluffy, and it had just the right kick of flavor. The naan was amazing! Great portions and tasteful presentation. A welcoming lounge vibe at the bar and friendly service. Highly recommend for authentic Indian in Norwalk—will be back soon!

Excellent Indian cuisine. The chicken dum biryani, chicken saagwala, tangri kebab, and especially the lamp sekuwa was so delicious. The staff are friendly. The restaurant is clean.

Excellent Indian food at this restaurant. My whole family are Indian food connoisseurs & we have visited this place 3 times & every time the food has been excellent, along with the service.
My favorite dish being “Rogan Josh” with Garlic Naan Bread. Butter chicken, chicken tikka masala are also excellent. The large selection of starters are also great size portions & authentic. Everything is brilliant & made with high end fresh ingredients.

On a whim we decided to try Masala, a new restaurant for us and boy are we glad we did! Food was exceptionally good, service easy and friendly. Calming backe either. Indian food had never been a favorite, but Masala has changed our minds.
