The last time I ordered and picked up my order they gave me a cheese pizza instead of a supreme that I ordered and paid for. Today I ordered and my order was supposed to be ready at 6:05 my husband waited till 6:30 and it still wasn’t ready. He asked a number of times when it would be ready and got ignored a number of times. After someone finally telling him 10 more minutes he waited 10 more minutes and it still wasn’t ready. He canceled the order and we do not plan on going back. I understand being busy but ignoring a customer is not ok.

The past 2 times I have purchased pizza from Pizza Hut in Mendenhall my pizza was not correct. My pizza did not have the toppings I ordered and paid for. The pizza was dry and mostly bread with no sauce, barely any toppings, and I ordered extra sauce. I went back in to just get a refund because I did not have time to wait. I was then told they did not have the toppings I ordered. The male employee was nice but the supposed manager was extremely rude. She has the personality of a stump. Don’t see how she made manager. They must be desperate for workers because she could not read the ticket correctly nor count my change back correctly and got an attitude when I tried to explain to her she still owed me more money. She snatched the money out of the register then rudely handed it to me. She never smiled the entire time nor apologized for pizza being wrong. She over heard me telling my husband doesn’t seem like she can count as we were walking out and started yelling at me and followed me out the door yelling at me and threatening to beat me up. Now that’s the manager and what we have fixing our food at Pizza Hut in Mendenhall.

Very disappointed in the pizza I received. I ordered a pepperoni and italian sausage, but it felt more like a cheese pizza with some pepperoni and sausage scattered about. Not sure if they were trying to save money, but they surely lost a customer with that pizza.

pizza was good. No issue with food. But the staff were a little stand offish and never said welcome, hey, be with you in a minute, or anything! They just kept working behind the counter and one even got pizzas and went out, I assume for a delivery, but walked right past me without saying a word. I finally (after about a 7-8 minute wait with no one speaking to me) was recognized and got my order that I had placed online. They are just not friendly at all.

We ordered a large Supreme last week and it was worst pizza we have ever gotten from this location. We will not go back here. We will go to Florence and order from Papa John’s. We have never had a pizza this bad before.

2 weekends ago, I ordered garlic parm boneless wings and buffalo. They gave us the bbq bone in however they got the buffalo correct. Tonight i order on the app again. They have no wings, that’s fine. We pull up and the employees are vaping and possibly smoking other substances while handling the food. The workers are so rude, it’s a disgusting atmosphere. This is my last time ever ordering from here.

I was having trouble with the on line order going through. I called the store to confirm that my order would be as I intended it. The employee that answered the phone told me it had go e through with the toppings I named for them. Picked up a cheese pizza without the toppings i wanted added. Ejem i called them to confirm they informed me i only paid for a cheese pizza which was nice since they did not charge me for unrecieved toppings, but i still didn’t get what i wanted since an employee basically lied to me. Not happy or impressed.

I can not say enough great things. First Jennifer has been in there many times where I have noticed that she is the only one working, however she never lets that slow her down. While putting pizzas in the oven, working the front she still greets every single person that walks in the door with a smile on her face asking welcoming everyone. Last night when I entered Pizza Hut was extremely busy. Jennifer from the back greeted everyone coming in the door. She had someone helping that just got into work also. I know there was 4 people in front of me and at least 4 more walked in after I arrived the whole time they are busy moving getting pizzas in the oven helping people at the front and welcoming every single person in there. I am going to say the young lady that was working the front was new only because I seen her ask a few questions. But both of them were very nice and professional the whole time. Jennifer is however one of the most friendliest, professional people I have ever met. She deserves recognized for her hard work she truly makes everyone feel like they are the important ones when they walk in there.

I order online all the time now because of the specials I and earn points towards free pizza. They always get my order correct even with my customized orders. The app tells you when your order will be ready and if you show up on time the food is hot and fresh, service is quick and friendly. My only complaint is that they are always out of napkins, plates, red pepper, and parmesan cheese packets which my kids love. So if they would work on ordering their supplies more promptly they would be a 5 star pick.

Food was good, but staff barely acknowledged me, and I didn’t know if the one person I saw was gonna help me or not. Shet continued moving boxes around and finally came to assist me. She wasn’t rude in anything she said, but I did feel like she wasn’t overly concerned with helping me.
