Recieved my order 11 minutes after it texted me saying my order was on its way to my table. Absolutely no order or control in the store from what i seen. All orders seems had to be made by the machine when you walk in, or mobile order. Someone was turned away with cash as well. Well keep it up employees at McDonald’s. Pretty soon they won’t need you anymore to do jobs and all the employees will be obsolete. If that’s what you want. Please McDonald’s you have to do better here. I understand that it was 6pm in Friday, but still i didn’t see anyone stepping up to get orders out or acknowledge any customers for the 20 minutes it was standing**(update)** after i made this review i decided to look at prior reviews, and someone needs to be held accountable for the failures of this Mcdonalds, seriously. How can anyone have this many bad reviews worth a score of 1.6 rating, and it’s still in business. Are you kidding me Mcdonalds. This is someone that has power and obviously doesn’t care about the service they provide. You are very lucky anyone comes back to this store. Great place if you don’t mind waiting 20 minutes for a McDouble and a soda, only to get your order entirely wrong. I have my food entirely wrong multiple times, multiple items, multiple different ways. 3 separate times I’ve ordered a snack wrap with no cheese, just to get a snack wrap with only cheese. Also, they either changed how many fries go in a container as of today or someone isn’t doing their job right. I’d bet on the latter. (Pictured below, the large fry I waited 23 minutes for.)
All in all, don’t go here unless you absolutely must. I’ve chosen to drive all the way into Bonney Lake just to make sure I actually get what I ordered, and often times, it’s somehow quicker to go there and back. Some of the drive thru people are wonderful people, but the service quality, customer service from management, and overall experience is an absolute 0/5. But 2 stars in atmosphere, because at least they play decent music in the lobby while you’re waiting the half hour.

Zero stars! The absolute worse McDonald’s I have ever gone to.
I ordered the 2 of the 20pc chicken mcnugget deals, 2 medium fries & 2 mcfluffies. I paid at 8:06pm to a young man that was so rude. No customer service skills at all. Definitely did not want to be there. Next girl comes to the window, goes to hand me the mcflurries and I asked for a drink carrier. She acted like I was totally putting her out. She handed them to me and shut the window. Definitely did not want to be there. Next guy, happy & nice, tells me its going to be 3 minutes on my nuggets and asked me to pull forward to the next window. Finally at 8:31 pm, nice guy hands me my order. I’m irritated at this point and leave. I get home to melted mcflurries, only 18 nuggets in each of my 20pc nugget boxes, no honey mustard sauce, that I asked for, cold fries dumped upside in my bag. I will NOT be going back. Horrible service, way to long to wait for FAST FOOD!

The drive-thru AND dine-in service is not only slow, but it really does seem. like both employees hate their jobs.

Also, I’ve seen homeless camps in Tacoma that are cleaner than this men’s restroom at 5pm.
Family and friends have stopped here dozens of times since this location opened – each time hoping something has changed.
At this point, it is LITERALLY faster to drive to Bonney Lake or Enumclaw to order!

I came through the drive thru at 10:21 pm on Sunday the 7th of December and I have to say this is the friendliest MaDonalds I’ve ever been to. The staff was so awesome. I highly recommend this location.

There is nothing fast about this fast food establishment, plus they have got my order wrong multiple times. The entrance and exit is horrible to drive into. It seems like they have one person working while the other 10 are standing around. I got stuck in the drive thru for 35 minutes to get the wrong order. Forget getting back in line and waiting another 20-30 minutes for them to possible correct it. You can drive to enumclaw or Bonneylake McDonald’s and back to Buckley before you would get out of line at this establishment. If I could give a negative 5 stars I would.

Avoid at all costs. The other reviews are not hyperbole. This is the slowest fast food restaurant I have ever in my 44 years experienced. It’s been open for over a year and I find myself here once a month, and every. Single. Time. I end up regretting it. Today, it was 23 minutes until I got my food. I’m done. You should be too. This, and the atmosphere is so sterile and impersonal. Do yourself a favor and go to Wally’s, or anywhere else.

I’ve had opioid induced constipation that moves faster than the food prep and service at this place. Think that the drive thru would be faster?….. think again! I’ve tried multiple times at this location and everytime it seems like there may be like 1-2 water brains working and moving slower than 167 traffic at 5 pm

I Was going to go with 3 star on service.
Ordered food on kiosk @ 10:51a.m. and i ordered to meals, 2 cookies, and 4 piece nugget. (for dine-in). And multiple doordash and drive thru got theres before us. Even though it seemed we ordered well before drive thru; recieved our (3meals) @11:09. It seems that under staffed is the issue. Cause the 2workers is see are miving non stop. So its just an understaffed delay in service. Not the individual worker(s). (Wednesday 12/24/2025… maybe upper management can reflect on reviews. We will see.

Absolutely the worst McDonald’s I have ever been too. I have been here multiple times, every time the drive thru was slow, 20 minutes to get food. Today I thought I would go inside to order thinking it would be faster. No one was at the counter. Three minutes go by and someone comes to take my order. There are no menus at the counter. I ordered a double quarter pounder with cheese no pickles. The employee didn’t know which one it was on the screen and asked me to look at her screen to make sure that’s what I want. I stepped to the side of the counter and looked at the screen and the who I think was the manager started yelling at me to get back to the other side of the counter because I am not allowed behind the counter. He then came up to me and yelled again your not allowed back here. If you want fast fresh McDonald’s drive over to Enumclaw or Bonney Lake McDonald’s. You will get your food fast and it will be hot, and you won’t have to help the employees order your food on their screen. Oh and they have menus up at the counter. This McDonald’s is living up to it 1.6 star rating. DON’T GO THERE!!!!!!!!!!!
