So I had a take out tonight with a burger, no cheese with just lettuce, tomato, and onion. Thats the entire buger order that was put in, word for word. This order was for my 77 year old mother. It came just as stated but with jalapeños loaded on it, as well. My mother can’t eat spicy things. A friend was already eating there so he put the order in and brought it to me. He said the waitress really didn’t speak english well and she was the only one working. Had it been for me, I’d have just eaten and moved on. If you are going to be a walk in restaurant, its pretty important that the people taking orders are able to fully understand the language. This just burned the hell out of my mothers mouth and she’s still feeling it an hour later. I also cannot for the life of me figure out how they “mistakenly” put jalapeños on a very basic burger. Insane and bad. Do better.

I have to give those ratings because when you go there, they’re never open! When you try to call it, Prompt a text and when you hit the text message, it goes to the online, and when it goes to online or pick up or delivery, it says that I can’t do it. It also says that they’re open 11 to 7 and they’re closed more than they’re open and when you have contractors, you want to be able to rely on a restaurant that you like to be open when you want to bring the crew to get something to eat so it’s just lost wages and it doesn’t make you wanna go there again because you never know if they’re open or not.

My husband and I, along with daughter stopped to eat dinner this evening. Unfortunately that didn’t happen. Due to a car accident months ago I have to rely on a wheelchair. Once we got to the door,we opened the one side and realized it was too small for my wheelchair to fit. My husband proceeded to flip the inside tabs of the left side so it would open and we could go in. We didn’t see anyone immediately but finally saw someone at the counter. She told my husband not to open it. I told her we can not get in using the one door, she stayed behind the counter. We left and won’t be back

it’s connected to a gas station we are truck drivers. they don’t let you use the bathroom unless you purchase something and we all ready paid $15 in parking. don’t recommend who closed their bathrooms at a gas station/restraunt. that’s just asking for a mess in your driveway.
