I stopped in on a Saturday afternoon, not too many people there at that time and food came out quickly. The half rack of ribs were good, but BBQ pork Quasedella was excellent. My sides were the cheesy corn, very good and hash brown casserole also on par with what you get elsewhere. I would return if in the area

The brisket sandwich was excellent, as were the brisket egg rolls. Don’t be fooled, there doesn’t appear to be a lot of food, but you will walk out stuffed. It’s a neat place with plenty of room. And the staff is super friendly. Would highly recommend. I will definately go back.

Wonderful food, friendly and fast service, reasonable prices, and the restaurant and ladies’ room were both very clean (there were no men in my group, so I couldn’t evaluate the men’s room, but I suspect it was very clean as well). Their indoor and outdoor dining areas were both pretty large. I tried the pulled pork egg rolls, and I highly recommend them! I will definitely be back the next time I’m in the area.

This restaurant was recommended to me by my brother. The service was great. I got the brisket plate with Cole Slaw and cheesy corn. The brisket was perfectly cooked and tender, falling apart and juicy.

The food we were able to get was good, nothing to make me say WOW. It was mid afternoon way before dinner time and already out of everything we all wanted from a bbq restaurant. Being out of numerous items maybe they should consider upping what they prepare. The person taking out orders was not very friendly either. May give it another try but if same but if same again probably would not go again. Sorry for not a great review but we did not have a great experience. Funny below it ask what dishes would you recommend, but I can’t because most of the ones listed they were out.

Great place for smoked BBQ. Kind of a hole in the wall (always the best for BBQ) but not really given the way it’s fixed up. No alcohol but that’s not what you should come here for. Ribs are awesome. Smoked-turkey-bacon ranch sandwich is pretty tasty, too.

We ordered the pulled pork nachos, pulled pork egg rolls and macaroni and cheese. It was excellent and we will definitely go back there. We loved the hickory brown sugar sauce.

I am from out of town and this place is so cute. The food was amazing and the staff is so sweet. Place is super clean. Highly recommend. Even if you are not from the area, it’s worth the drive.

Steve’s is just what this area needed. We needed a good quality BBQ restaurant, that serves tender and flavorful BBQ.

I may have only been once, but I ordered enough for two. I dined in and enjoyed a Brisket Plate with; Mac-n-Cheese and Smokehouse Beans. The brisket was super tender, I could cut a bite size piece easily with my fork. They sliced it thicker then I am use to from other BBQ joints, which was a nice treat. I bet the thicker slices make a fantastic brisket sandwich.

My second order was to-go and I got a half rack of ribs. The two sides I choose for this meal was, Potato Salad and Cole Slaw. While I was eating my brisket, I took a peak at the ribs and could already tell they were going to be good. Once I got home, I couldn’t wait any longer. I had to try at least one of the ribs. I sliced one rib off the end and the meat was so tender and it had a crispy outer coating. When I took my first bite, it was fall off the bone goodness.

The sides is what got them only four stars instead of five. The mac-n-cheese was a little bland and could had some more cheese and seasoning. I added, pepper and for my tastebuds, that was a win. I also felt the Smokehouse Beans could have been thicker and had more spices added. Some bacon or diced up brisket would make them kick.

On the positive side of sides, the Potato Salad and Cole Slaw were spot on. I prefer a creamy Cole Slaw and that is what they offered. I would take seconds, if were being served at a family picnic. Then there was the Potato Salad, which luckily for me I got the last serving. They were getting ready to make a new batch. Potato Salad made with the perfect blend of mustard and the diced house pickles gave it an extra kick of flavor.

The soda fountain is Pepsi products. There is no beer or alcohol. You order at the counter and they run it out to your table, once it is ready. They offer three different BBQ sauces for those of you who add a sauce to your meat. It’s a family owned and operated business, so the customer service is spot on. They strive to make everyone feel welcome, as if they were dining in their home.

I gotta go back and try the Pork Steak with Hash Brown Casserole and Spicy Cheese Corn.
