We stopped in for lunch after checking out the nearby preserve. This restaurant is bright but not too bright and well decorated. It’s as clean as it could be, including the restrooms. The food was outstanding! All of the fish was of the best quality and so fresh. If I lived in the area I would be a weekly visitor.

Very fresh sushi and very friendly people!!! If you are visiting AMI this is a great place to go! I’ve been to almost every sushi place in the Bradenton area and this is definitely my top 2 or 3. Please note, I only eat sushi at sushi restaurants, so I can only speak on the actual sushi.

Awesome Valentine’s Day here! We sat at the sushi bar, got a delicious appetizer on the house and with our check they gave us a box of chocolates and a rose. Sweetest thing! Food is always delicious and fresh. Even when they are busy, service is exceptional.

I don’t recommend it; they take too long with the order. Even though it’s a small restaurant with only a few tables, you order something simple and they take up to an hour to bring it to you.
