Great spot with very nice waitress and talented kitchen with delicious recipes. A little hard to find..next to the boost store front tucked in an alley in the shopping center. My husband and I both tried noodle soup bowls that were fresh, delicious, and just the right spicy for each of our orders:)

The couple that run the place are really nice. Eggs rolls were great. The chicken lemongrass noodle bowl is awesome and comes with eggrolls. Spring rolls are good and the peanut sauce served with them is amazing. My girlfriend loved her pork chop plate. I am looking forward to my next trip to try something new.

Best Pho in Frankfort. The owner is very nice and the prices are reasonable. It’s great that they sell Asian beer as well. Overall, it’s definitely a great place and I’ll be back.

Food: I ordered beef combination pho and spring roll. Combination pho comes with eye of round and meatball. Overall quality of food was bit less than average. I did not get good impression about soup. Vermicelli in springroll felt little old and texture were bit clunky. Huge downside for was quality of garnish. I love to put bean sprouts in my pho, but they were gray and smooshy.
Price: overall price of the menu were high compare to the quality and amount of the food. Pho was about $12 and spring roll was about $4. This restaurant has only one size and Size of the pho was medium size for what you would typically see in other Vietnamese restaurant. If I consider that other vietnamese restaurant will include tendons and tripes in combination pho, the pho in Mai Saigon is very overpriced. Also size of spring roll was okay but it only come in single piece. You can get two for that price in other places.
Atmosphere/Vibe: this restaurant isn’t kind of restaurant I really care about atmosphere, but they had very strong incense and it mixed up with soup smell and I really could not enjoy the food at all.
Service: owners of the restaurant were nice. I did not have any complain for it.

Wonderful hole in the wall restaurant! Great flavor in the dishes, but they mean business when they say spicy . Staff was very nice and gave us candy and limes when they saw us struggling to contain our laughter at our red/sweating faces ❤. Definitely will return!

Great atmosphere with a few plants and a fish tank. Friendly and helpful staff. The pho is soothing and authentic. I enjoy their spring rolls and the lemongrass noodle bowl is delicious! Fresh natural ingredients. My daughter loves their collection of bubble tea. I love eating in-store and ordering carryout. I highly recommend you try the food.

As others have said, this place is a bit hard to find because of where it’s tucked away in the plaza, but believe me, the pho is fabulous. I’ve eaten pho bo everywhere and never tasted a broth quite like theirs, which I think is a good thing. It’s also perfectly portioned, so those of you who often feel guilty about having soggy, mushy leftovers, worry not.

First time experience here. Comforting as Comforting gets when it comes to vietnamese food. We did takeout and met up to my liking for asian foods. Refreshing warm meals. I do have to say the bubble tea was so so. Nice owner and the inside of the restaurant definitely felt authentic based on what I was used to when it comes to asian restaurants. I would like to try their Bahn Mi next time. Ample parking and support local! It was tricky trying to find where it was located. If I remember correctly it’s next to some kind of comic book store? You have to walk to the second floor which is parallel to the parking lot and keep walking towards back of the building.
