I don’t appreciate that worker girl being on her phone at work and handling food. Phones have a lot of bacteria. Plus she didn’t cut my pizza right and I still had to cut it myself. Also we told the other worker and he just brushed it off by saying come back later. Like come back later? Why?

Store never has hot and ready no matter the time of day. Wait times are ridiculous!!! Why advertise hot and ready when they never have the product!? Almost 7pm on a Tuesday night and no hot and ready!! Then had to wait 20 mins or more for my order of cheese and pepperoni pizzas.

I’ve been using door dash to order little ceasars and after (many times) getting pizza that isn’t cut through and creates a mess when trying to grab a slice, I left a review saying just that (the app always asks for a review). Wasn’t rude in any way but if you don’t say anything about an issue it will never be resolved. Today I ordered some bread sticks and opened them to see that no one even attempted to slice them. Honestly feels like someone was just being childish after reading my review that was just trying to let them know of an ongoing issue. The quality is not good either, no seasoning was used and a very thin layer of cheese was used. Not “cheesy” at all. Very disappointed with their customer service.

The nearby Montrose store is great! Unfortunately the Delta store does not compare. First time my food wasn’t fully cooked, not an huge deal, threw it in the oven at home. Second time, I ordered Italian cheesy bread at dinner time, got home to find they gave me half a pepperoni deep dish that was clearly left over from lunch. My expectations for LC are not for gourmet, but Delta is serving up food that is borderline inedible.
