I’m writing this review because I’m genuinely concerned about how this location is being managed when it comes to accepting orders.

I had an 11:30 a.m. pickup scheduled for a boxed lunch catering order that absolutely needed to be on time. I arrived at 11:37 a.m. (slightly late on my end), and my order hadn’t even been started. At the same time, the team was juggling DoorDash, drive-thru, walk-in, and catering orders all at once. It was clearly far too much for the number of staff scheduled.

I’ve spent decades in hospitality, and I could see the panic on their faces. This is not a reflection on the employees — they were kind, respectful, and doing the best they could under intense pressure. This feels like a corporate issue of prioritizing quantity over quality and noticeably overextending the team.

It reached a point where I asked them to hand me the cookie and chip boxes, grabbed a pen, and completed part of my own order just to help move things along. I left at 12:10 p.m. only because I stepped in to assist. Had I waited for them to complete it on their own, I truly believe I wouldn’t have left until closer to 12:30 p.m.

You open at 10:00 a.m. How does a location end up an hour behind just one hour and a half into the day?

I love Jimmy John’s, which is why this is so disappointing to see. The team at this location is working hard and deserves better operational support. Something needs to change — not just for customers, but for the employees who are clearly being set up to struggle.

I went in to get two sandwiches. It took almost 25 minutes to get my order after placing it. The cashier was nice enough, but immediately after taking my order he went into the back and didn’t come out for 20 minutes and once he came out, he quickly made my order. The food tastes good, but took way too long to come out. I’m giving two stars because the place was very clean and the cashier was nice.

This was my go to lunch place. I pass by while driving between my work locations. I guess they’ve gotten new staff because the quality of my sandwiches has gone down drastically. For the last 6 orders, yes…6 orders, my sandwiches have been made incorrectly. I order the same thing every single time and this new staff just can’t read i guess. This photo is of “extra jalapeno crispy straws”, “cut in half” and of no turkey on half my sandwich. This has been consistent as of the last 2 months. I’ve taken my business to the Hanover location

This is a very small Jimmy John’s they are often overloaded. If you want food order it online and go pick it up. We tried to go in to order and I was ignored. We went around in the car and ordered

I just wanted to give a huge shout out to Dani the supervisor or general manager I shall say. My administrative assistant had ordered a sandwich was incorrect however, I placed the order and he was able to rectify the issue and causing us no stress or extra time I love this location. I actually never ate at Jimmy John’s until my administrative assistant Referred me to Jimmy John’s and the fact that she recommended you guys and we had an issue and you were able to fix it. I’m just so thankful for people who truly still care about their job. Still have compassion and empathy to be able to relate understand to understand that everyone works hard for their money and you don’t want to spend your money somewhere and they don’t care if you’re not satisfied or not not because you’re being picky but just because at the end of the day you worked for that money to spend it on something that you would enjoy. Dani, I would like you and your supervisors to know that you are operating that store the way it needs to be operated. You are leading, not only with empathy and solutions to problems, but you are leading that store, effectively and efficiently. If you ever doubted yourself I just wanted to remind you that you made a difference for me today thank you.

I’ve been here everyday for the past 3 days. So delicious. So fresh. I ordered delivery for the first time today via DoorDash and finally decided to write a review because WOW! I ordered at 11:02 and the food was at my door at 11:13. HOW DID THEY DELIVER SO FAST?! Whoa!

This place has gone so far down hill. I ordered through the Jimmy John’s app approx 12:25, the app tracker showed 12:37 it was on its way. At 1:17 I had yet to receive my food and called the store number twice for it to say “this number is out of service”. I hopped in my car to head over to the store. En route I called again and someone finally answered when questioned about my order the person on the other end advised he was the delivery driver and he in fact delivered my order. I advised him I would be at the store momentarily to show him my ring camera footage of the imaginary delivery and he in fact just lied to me. They voided the order in store. Everyone, Do yourself a favor hop in your car and drive down the street to Capriotti’s you’ll thank yourself for doing so.

This establishment has disappointed me by ending its relationship with local car enthusiasts who had organized several respectful car meets, including a Trunk N Treat event for the community’s children, without providing any reasons. Despite the significant business the events brought, the establishment cancelled the event just 10 minutes before it was set to begin. Thankfully, another establishment stepped up and made the event a success. I will no longer support this location or its community-oriented franchise sub shop.
