It seems they dont know how to put the items together properly or skimp on the fillings. Honestly its the later it gets the crappier the food is made ….. get it together people. Cuz why is it i can go to another location and the food is beautifully put together.

Always gets your order wrong, usually has horrible costumer service, never labels anything so you have to open your burritos up to see which one is which. This time I didn’t get a receipt so I can’t do anything about my order being wrong. They also didn’t answer the phone?? What kind of fast food place doesn’t answer the phone??

They can never manage to get 1 of everything i order right.. Doesn’t matter whether its door dash or on person. Ive had beyond so many issues with the 1 thing i order everytime which is typically a 13 dollar meal plus my 3 children… like im paying for STEAK not ground beef.

you might have to wait a while on a friday night to get your food but there is not a point in yelling at the New employees about it. it’s Food, i just waited 30 minutes for my food and they were still making the fries and then they forgot about them and i reminded them nicely and they gave me 3 free cinnamon twists. people make mistakes and it’s not that big of a deal, especially if it’s just a burrito that you orders plain and they put some cheese in it. no need to yell or crush out on them. just be nice!!!!!!

Takes forever and a half to get orders out when you go inside. The entire drive thru will be cleared before they even think about helping someone inside. Literally been waiting 20 minutes for an order that was placed before I got here

Absolutely horrible customer service. I went through the drive thru tonight and the guy apparently his name is Casem? (Sad when then lady at the drive thru is scared to give the name…says something) anyway I asked for 2 double stack tacos with NO LETTUCE. I get home and both tacos have a bunch of lettuce. I can’t eat this due to an allergy. I go back and casem says to pull forward and when I do he BLATANTLY IGNORES ME while waving my receipt and walks away. Horrible. Then they forget my cheese roll up that they took from me. I go inside and I’m assuming the supervisor says WHAT NOW? Absolutely RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL. I’ll be contacting corporate and BBB and the Attorney Generals. This place has the rudest workers and I’ll definitely be passing the word to everyone.
