I ordered from DoorDash and it was literally a 5 minute drive back. Cajun fries were overcooked and over seasoned. I ordered garlic Parmesan chicken and it didn’t taste like garlic Parmesan. They got my drinks wrong no straws and I ordered mango habanero and it didn’t taste like mango habanero. I’m thinking they switched my order with someone else or they decided to not get it right.

Why did the guys today purposely didn’t give what the customer ordered? When we ordered 8 hot honey and two original hot, that doesn’t mean they get to throw in 3 extra original hot (5 total) because that was what they had left over and giving us only 5 hot honey. Why are fries ordered extra crispy still comes out a bit limpy, well because they threw in left over fries that weren’t even hot.

Smelt like a Port-a-Potty inside so off to a good start. I ordered 10 piece boneless and asked for 5 free BONE-IN wings for wing day and got 5 burnt corn pieces that wasn’t order and instead 5 boneless wings. Many potholes in the parking lot almost scrapped my underbelly. Should’ve just went to jersey mikes next door or noodles and company for a slight chance at better service but they wouldn’t need to do much to be better.

I thought it was neat that they have corn for a side! We got a variety pack with multiple flavors and sides. I thought the wings almost all tasted the same though? The wings were very dry as well. One of the best places for Bleu cheese dip though.

Do they always overcook fries like this? 3 people working, slowest moving employees I’ve ever seen. Restaurant was full of people waiting for food. Didn’t give me tenders I paid for, wings tasted like they hadn’t cleaned the sauce bowls for a year. I think that’s enough wingstop for my life. What a disappointment.

We stopped here for the first time today. We do not live in Lincoln, but were OK looking for somewhere that had wings for my 10yo son. The atmosphere was very nice. Everyone was super friendly! The manager, Victoria, was especially so kind and helpful and explained the menu when I said we had not been there. They went above and beyond, especially in service!! They brought our food out and asked if we needed anything else, the owner (?) even brought our extra sauce we asked for.
