My wife and I stopped in here while traveling through the area. We had a great experience. Awesome service, and the ice cream was so good! The wife had the ice cream taco, and i had a black raspberry milkshake. Highly recommended!

Nice local pizza. Kinda what you wish for when you want outside the chains. Very cheesy. Loved the fact that the pepperoni has a crispness versus greasy and floppy. AND the pepperoni had a great flavor! A medium is plenty for 2-4 people. We got the Amercan Pie.

We grabbed pizza for the family during a recent trip to the Outer Banks, and American Pie Drive In was a solid choice. The pizza was tasty, though a tad greasy, but still enjoyable. Their ice cream was a hit with the kids and quite delicious! The place impressed us with its cleanliness, and the staff were friendly and efficient, serving our order in good time. Overall, a nice spot for a quick family meal. Would recommend!

What a fantastic beach staple, a takeaway pizza and ice cream shop!! We decided to eat under the wooden canopy with ceiling fans and picnic tables. We got slices of supreme pizza which were both delicious and a side of a scoop of ice cream. The rum raisin was super creamy and not overly sweet. The coffee oreo was fabulous. The weather was beautiful and we could have sat in the big Adirondack chairs and chatted all afternoon. Super friendly service, very clean facility, with a separate bathroom house across the parking lot. We will come back again!!

My husband and I were looking for a good pizza place. We are out of towners so don’t know any of the places in the area. We just looked under google maps and restaraunts. It was on the list and so we gave it a try.
So glad we did!
We got an extra cheese pizza with pineapple and then he got a hot fudge sundae and I had a 1 topping sundae with oreo ice cream and choc chips.
The entire meal was delicious and the staff was so friendly. Would def go back again if we come back this way.

Went twice. Pizza was great. Handmade waffle cones and ice cream! Yum! Staff was very friendly and made us feel special. They had a lot of ebb and flow traffic but it didn’t slow them down. Service was lightening fast! I loved their outdoor seating area. Super fun place! Owned by Miller’s Steak House next door. Heard they have the best steaks in OBX.

The Food was really good. I had the Mahi Mahi Po’ Boy. One of the pieces of fish was a little overcooked but over all the sandwich was REALLY good. The fries were fantastic.

Large Pizza was really good! Crust wasn’t so heavy, sauce tasted tasty and fresh, and the cheese is delicious. We ended our dinner with ice cream and I would come back. I’m very happy with my experience.

We ended up sitting outside because it was so busy, and honestly, I’m glad we did. Inside felt hot and cramped, but outside was much more comfortable. The buffet itself was excellent—tons of seafood and everything we tried was delicious!
That said, the place wasn’t the cleanest. The bathroom was in such bad shape it was basically unusable, which really took away from the overall experience. I get that it’s hard to keep up with that many people coming through, but if cleanliness can’t be maintained, they should consider limiting how many guests they allow in at a time.
So while the food was truly amazing, the overcrowded and less-than-clean environment made it tough to give this place the rating it could have earned.
