Ordered food asking specifically not to overload the to-go chicken dish with excessive onions – they even wrote on receipt “less onion” for 1 of them. Got home and there was way too much onion/veg on both chicken & steak dishes. This is how they keep their costs down… sell you “Mongolian Chicken” and give you more than half full of onions. Complained to manager – who instructed me to return the plate of food the next day for an exchange. WILL NOT RETURN. I will find another Chinese food establishment nearby.

I will say the service was great, very nice. However, the food was not great quality. We ordered sweet and sour chicken combo plate with Lo mien instead of rice, chicken wings and 2 other combination plates. Food didn’t seem fresh as expected. Egg rolls were not crispy at all. Nothing that should have been crispy was crispy. Very disappointing when spending your money. Everything was done within 10 mins. We should have known better. Hour before closing or not, we still should have had fresh food.

I’ve been a regular customer at this restaurant for the past two years, but after my most recent experience, I won’t be returning.
They use Beyond Menu for online ordering, and the layout could really use improvement. I accidentally selected “egg” instead of “egg roll,” which was listed right underneath. A simple mistake. I picked up my order, went home, and only then realized the egg rolls weren’t there. Thinking they’d been forgotten, my partner went back to the restaurant to ask about it.
When he arrived, they told him the order was for eggs—not egg rolls—so he left. Immediately after he walked out, they called me. Instead of calmly explaining the mix-up, the woman on the phone began raising her voice at me. Every time I tried to explain what happened, she interrupted and continued yelling. I eventually had to hang up because the conversation was going nowhere.
When my partner got home, he told me she’d been rude to him as well. The entire situation could have been handled easily and professionally, but instead it turned into an unnecessary confrontation. A simple misunderstanding was treated like a personal attack, and I was shocked by how aggressively it escalated.
After years of being a loyal customer, this level of disrespect and poor customer service is unacceptable. I won’t be giving them my business anymore, and I’ll be warning others to avoid this location as well.

I ordered a large WonTon Soup that cost 5.94. The receipt total was 5.94 but when I signed the credit card receipt it was 9.94. Now it could have been an innocent mistake but I doubt it because she would have had to change the price for it to charge my credit card 9.94. I caught it and of course she apologized profusely and reversed corrected the wrong amount to the correct amount and offered me a free coke. So just be aware of this switch when using you credit card at this and any establishment but it can be done anywhere you use a credit card

The food is always fresh and delicious. The spring rolls are especially tasty. General Tso’s chicken was crispy with flavorful sauce. The ham fried rice was really amazing. The staff is always warm and friendly. Will definitely keep coming back.

The platter for 2 with beef and chicken sticks, fried wontons, cheese wontons and so called chicken fingers(lol) are a slap in the face of China! Take that back to where you got it cause it ain’t Chinese! GROSS!

Despite the negative reviews, I tried this place when I moved into the area three years ago and I’ve been getting food here as my go-to takeaway ever since. Maybe I’m just lucky or they like me, but my food has been phenomenal every single time. My only complaint is that I wish they would remodel and open their dining room up so I could eat in with my family sometimes; not worth docking a star for that, though. I highly recommend giving this place a chance if you haven’t.

We ordered the Chow-Mein with Shrimp for delivery. What arrived was some combination of soggy cabbage a few small shrimp and some dry rice on the side. When we called to bring this error to their attention we were told by the person on the phone that is just how their Chow-Mein comes, with no noodles. Forget the fact that Mein directly translates to NOODLE. Apparently this is the one Chinese restaurant in all of existence that doesn’t make their Chow-Mein with noodles. If this is what passes for Chow-Mein in “New China” I would advise taking a hard pass on this “restaurant” and find some place that serves Old China style.
