It’s a nice place. Our waitress Liz was good. Food was quite good, though the pancakes were very thick and a little dry. We found a little piece of metal or something in the waffle. Whoops! Fun little mercantile to the side of the main restaurant. The hostess was okay. Thank you, may be returning.

It took a while for service after we were seated. Our waitress was good, but slow. She may have been new. My friend and I both ordered omelettes, which were great! However, the homefries were so hard neither one of us ate them. Afterwards, we looked around in the gift shop. There were some cute things for sale. Overall, it was a good experience but I think it’s a one and done for us.

Unbridled Cafe is a small restaurant that is very clean. The food is excellent and the wait staff is friendly, but not invasive. There is a nice little boutique on one end of the restaurant. The decor is western which is unusual for this area, but hubby and I lived in Sheridan, WY for three years and the decor and the boutique attached to the cafe is typical there.

I am all about a good breakfast, and Unbridled Cafe came up on my radar. What a wonderful find I came across. The restaurant is spacious and very clean. The server and the rest of the staff, was very friendly. Everyone said hello and had a contagious smile. My son and I came for breakfast (all day) but they also serve soups, salads and sandwiches. Prices and quantity is on par with other places. I did not leave hungry and am actually planning to come back very soon.
Blueberry pancakes- They use real blueberries and the pancake batter they use is amazing. Pancakes are the size of the plate.
Omelette- I ordered the create your own. You get 3 choices for your fillings. All my choices were fresh and not greasy. Also it came with a side of potatoes and toast.
Bourbon french toast- really really good.. Especially the bourbon sauce.

Had breakfast here at the recommendation of a friend and was very disappointed. My breakfast burrito was lukewarm and homefries cold and dry – I didn’t eat them. My friend had an omelette which was very greasy and she didn’t finish it. Her homefries were equally dry and cold and she didn’t eat those either. Coffee was not hot – lukewarm at best. For almost $40, it’s not worth it as there are other places in the area with great food and lower prices. We will not be returning.

The food was quite good. The eggs were cooked like we wanted them.
The loganberry mimosa was delicious. It exceeded my expectations.
My aunt was disappointed at how long it took to get more coffee.
There was only one kind of jam/jelly and it had seeds in it which my aunt was unable to eat.
What we really didn’t like is that all the water was already poured in glasses and sat open in the refrigerator. It tasted like the inside of the refrigerator.
In general, the decor is cute and their gift shop has lots of items from local artists. A great place to buy small gifts.

I wish I’d known about this East Amherst gem, so I wouldn’t have wasted time in the waiting line at other breakfast spots!!
The food was “hands down” the best we’ve had at any breakfast diner. Worth the money and made immediately.. I tried the bourbon French toast which was divine!! That sauce should be bottled and sold!! The staff were excellent and the atmosphere was cozy and homely!! Definitely going back with the family..

Omg! Never been to Buffalo, NY but this family/woman-owned restaurant was on the top of my to-do list and it lived up to my expectations. Throughout the time I was here, you can find me inside Unbridled Cafe every single day. Food tasted like home cooked meals and the servers were very attentive and kind. The restaurant was very cozy and I loved all the decorations they had and on top of that, they had a gift shop called Unbridled Mercantile! Would definitely eat here every chance I get if I’m ever in the area! Also, GO BILLS!

Went to Breakfast today for the first time here and was extremely disappointed. The food took a long time and the quality was very poor. If you want to charge $3 for a small glass of OJ it should be fresh squeezed. All the juices they used were poured out of the containers from the front cooler which were all Aldi brand! Complete waste of money on a horrible Breakfast. Home fries were cold and had no seasoning. Blueberry pancakes had only 2 or 3 blueberries in them. Even the condiments they were using were an off brand from Aldi. Waitress was also miserable so customer service was horrible. Don’t waste your money here.

Unbridled Cafe
Coffee – 8.5
really good. Just enough robustness, bitterness and smoothness.
Temp was just hot enough to drink and got somewhat cold before I finished.
Pancakes – 7 pretty good. Optimal amount of chocolate chips. Lacking some flavor
Hot chocolate – 7.5
served exceptionally hot. So in this case very hot chocolate. Whipped cream – excellent. Not the chocolaty-est. So, a little too much hot and not enough chocolate.
Service – 8
Waitress was not the peachiest in Georgia but it’s ok because we are in New York.
Decor – 9
is nice and rustic at the same time. Very nice place. Slightly noisy but as expected in a cafe. And people are probably getting fired up for chicken wings, beer and the Super Bowl. Go Niners.
