Made my order wrong, and when I went inside for a refund the manager was polite but the employees were rude, obnoxious and terrible customer service. Staring at me and laughing about purposely getting my order wrong.

Drive through service was ridiculously slow. Both us and the vehicle in front of us had to yell multiple times to get their attention only to be told to hold on, “just one more second”. It took at least 30 if not 40 minutes to get through with only two cars in front of us.

The food waste hot and freshly made no complaints here also they were fast at it at the time I went but sometimes they do get very busy and it takes a while to order and get your food.

It’s no the best restaurant but it’s in a convenient location. I was there today and my order was whopper meal. The hamburger don’t look good at all. But the cashier was nice. Doble lettuce and the bread was wet. Please carefully. And check you order before you leave.

Had a coupon and gift card. Coupon worked and they said that the gift card was applied. Went home and saw it was not. Did the survey and was contacted by the manager. They did me good and gave me a free combo and took care of other things. Thanks to the manager Theresa.
