The tall dark haired night manager at this location is trash. They screwed up 3 of the 5 items in my order and he tried to argue about what they messed up….im already over paying for your crappy tacos….the least you can do is get the order right and fix it when you screw up….dont argue. Why did I have to walk you through the ingredients of my order? I hope they aren’t paying this guy very well. Hes not worth his weight in rice….this is the worst rated taco bell in all of bcs, the newest taco bell in bcs, the dirtiest taco bell in bcs and probably the worst one ive ever been to anywhere in the u.s….and I travel full time for a living. Yikes.

This was not my first bad visit with this Taco Bell. Yesterday they left my pick up order sitting on the kitchen counter & I waited almost 10mins before someone came back to help me. Then today the lady in the drive thru was rude & unpleasant. She didnt give me a reciept and just waved me off with her hand and closed the window after handing me my bag without saying a word. I WAS excited we got a store in our area but I will just keep driving to the Harvey Rd location in the future.

Customer service is very terrible. I’m waiting on my order and they sitting there on there on there phones and joking around instead of serving the customers. They have workers outside smoking and vaping. I watch him go back in didn’t even wash his hands will never come back to this restaurant and I will make sure all my friends know to go across town to another much cleaner Taco Bell!!!!!!!!!!

No one asked me to write this review but I felt compelled because of all the negative reviews. I come to this Taco Bell often (like 3 times a week) and order through the mobile app and they always get my order right and the food is hot. They forgot a burrito and immediately made it for me the next day no questions asked. Not so sure why there are so many negative reviews, nothing but good things to say.

Aweful, zero customer service and personal concern for customers time. Multiple people waited for over an hour and some were just missing a cup so they could get their drink. They had several orders set behind the counter so long that one of the bag tore open from moisture. Then announced to all customers who were waiting on the lobby that they were not responsive for anyone whose orders we’re not received. I drive for Uber delivery and at least 5 drivers left and had to cancel there deliveries. There was no apology or attempt to make customers feel like they were being helped, just horrible service.

Despite the negative reviews, my visit here was pleasant, friendly, and yummy! I made a drive through order and Alex helped me. She was soo sweet and helpful throughout my order. My suggestion is for corporate to pay their employees adequately, reflective of inflation, and their customer satisfaction would be more positive.

I am waiting my order for 30 minutes. They came 5 times and every single time they acted like they see me first time and a every single time they said it’s almost ready. If they bust I would say it’s okay but they have totally 2 order. And 2 orders are just tacos. Not even drinks just 2 tacos. I would prepare them faster than those 4 guys .

Lady in drive through had no sense of hospitality. She applied to the job, she shouldn’t show any sort of attitude toward guest unless necessary. The food was made sloppy. I had to cut my quesadilla, and my taco was everywhere but the tortilla+my belly.
Needs better customer service, and food could’ve been made with some love.

The “Diverse” staff will leave your mobile order sitting on the kitchen counter instead of the Grab and Go shelf, leaving you standing there looking at your food for 10-15 minutes while you wait for someone to come back from the kitchen and eventually ask you what you want.
This has happened to me every single time I have ordered from this location for pickup and this time’s the last.
Additionally they have messed up my orders a few times so even more reason to take my money elsewhere.

Do not come here, the customer service is so bad. Like I understand being busy or frustrated, however, I came at the dead of night to pick up an app order. The one on Harvey, again not this one- is great with quality and customer service. Disappointed to be spoken to like that for food I already paid for at the slowest time.
Additionally, I got home and unpackaged all my stuff that was all sorts of messed up. Like my tacos were smashed, my sides were spilled everywhere in the bag, and my liquid sides upside down and spilling.
