First time to Cleveland, so I thought this place would be a good start. Highly rated, Everything looked great. Ordered and waited for 20 minutes.. When I politely asked how much longer it would be I was told five minutes when I asked are you sure they went into the kitchen and couldn’t guarantee. Refund.
Obviously, they’re popular which is great but a bit of warning about how long it would be would’ve been good from the start.
Based on the reviews it looks the goods. Would’ve loved to try it all, but I’ll never know. Hey leaving bad reviews but you wasted my time.

Looking for an easy and tasty lunch to eat with my folks bayside – plenty of vegetarian and vegan to choose from and the portion sizes are generous!
The tofu banh mi was delicious, and my parents enjoyed their lemongrass chicken and lemongrass beef banh mi’s. Peach and lychee teas were lovely with bits of fruit inside.
It was BUSY – not surprised given the excellent food – so prepare to be patient.

Small shop, friendly staff, good atmosphere and good food.
We ordered a pork crackling bun(salad, not the bahn mi), and combination pho. They were both delicious, inexpensive and good portion sizes. We tried the mango soda and lychee soda, really tasty as well.
Will definitely come back more often!

Ordered from Love Kitchoo for the first time last week, YUM! Authentic Vietnamese flavours and great portion sizes. We got the Vietnamese iced coffees (and they transported me back to my time in Vietnam), Banh Mi and the Spring roll noodle salad. Can’t wait to return I want to try the rice paper rolls. So glad I stumbled across Love Kitchoo.

Enjoyed every bit…always nothing left on my bowl or plate. Enjoyed the Beef Pho, Crackling moist Pork Belly with Fried Rice and Crabmeat Rice Spring rolls. Ice Jasmine and Vietnamese Coffee are my favorite drinks here. Price is so reasonable for such great quality and delicious food
