So today was my second visit to this particular Jimmy John’s and they did not disappoint! We ordered the Giant Roast Beef sandwich with Provolone Cheese. It was so delicious! My husband loves how they toast the entire sandwich to perfection! Karin was courteous, attentive and very welcoming! This Jimmy John’s will be a stop whenever we visit our Pennsylvania family! We want to say thank you to both ladies who were working when we stopped in today at 11:53am!

I frequent this location quite often since it’s the only one around in the area close to home & every time I go the manager Amanda is awesome and courteous! Only downside is if you want extra meat it’s 2.00 but it’s nothing serious. A lot of reviews complaining it’s only 3 slices is correct, but pay for the extra and the sandwich is just fine and filling! Anytime I go there staff is always friendly and helpful! And the food is always great. Don’t let negative reviews fool you!

Sandwiches are really sad for what you are paying. 3 slices of turkey and 2 slices of cheese on sub par bread is insane for $14. Go to a local deli and get a decent amount of real cold cuts on real bread for the same price. Wouldn’t eat there again if it were free. Employees were kind and helpful though.

I have visited this location twice, and unfortunately both experiences were disappointing. On each occasion, the staff was rude and unprofessional. I approached the interactions respectfully, but was met with dismissive and discourteous behavior. It appeared that this tone may stem from management, as the conduct was consistent among employees. At this time, I will avoid returning and hope that customer service improves in the future.

So today was my first time at a Jimmy John’s and my experience was definitely sub par. Your employees are awesome and the location is suitable for how it’s situated. The food, well I’m just kinda confused I guess. It wasn’t bad in anyway, it just want what I wanted. Order a few spicy Italians which I normally love but it came with jalapenos? I didn’t see that on the board but I guess I could have missed it? It was just ok, I will definitely be back to try again but idn how I feel yet. I guess I shall review again.

Tiny Jimmy John’s tucked in the corner of a gas station. I bought a baked Italian which was extremely expensive and had absolutely no taste whatsoever. It was actually horrible and I’ll never buy Jimmy John’s again. Nasty

This is my third time here and each time they’ve been out of ingredients. Even though they advertise it, the employee told me they never stalk the unwich wraps just so you’re aware.

I ordered the #1, The Pepe, regular which was ham and provolone. I got the sandwich and there was literally 2 pieces of ham and 2 pieces of cheese on my sandwich. There was more lettuce on it, then there was meat. You couldn’t taste any of the meat. All you get was bread and lettuce and the bread didn’t even feel fresh. The money you pay for the sandwich, you would expect more from it. I wish there was a Jersey Mike’s around because I would go there instead. As much as I don’t like Subway, you get more meat and fresher bread from there then here.

Not impressed at all. For the amount of money spent, I would not order from there again. Food was bland, and tasteless nothing else to say about that. When I checked my order before I left as I could tell something was incorrect, I felt I was being talked down too, when I was simply trying to make sure my order was correct. which it wasn’t It’s a had pass..

I wouldn’t recommend getting anything at this jimmy johns, the bread is not made fresh every morning daily , there’s bugs all over the kitchen where food is made. I promise you you’ll be disappointed getting anything here. I highly recommend any family or person that wants a good sandwich that’s affordable and actually want you ordered go to WAWA ACROSS from Walmart on 940 mt pocono.
