I come here often enough. The gentleman that I think is the manager goes above and beyond. He is the hardest working man. He is always kind, and professional. He has excellent customer service. I tried dominoes in Chesterton and it could not compare. The pizza and bread stick bites are delicious. Portage dominoes is in a class by itself. I appreciate the hard work the staff here do. Dan is his name.

If this is acceptable…..I didn’t even touch the pizza..they came in 30 mins cus I’m around the corner ..but this doesn’t look acceptable to me ..they suppose to be replacing the stuff ,I offered to ft him on whoever’s phone in there to show him ..smh…then they was supposed to replace the stuff and it took an hour and a half then they brought the wrong pizza,I screamed at the guy before the elevator door closed but he ran off as witness by my hotel people .Then I called the store I told him the messed up the new pizza , then he told me I told him something I did not tell him he literally made up something and can’t hear .I mentioned the spinach in the pasta.He said I asked for spinach on the pizza and I didn’t ask for chicken.When all u had to do was pull up the order and see what i ordered .Then threatened to call the police , and I walked over there . The manager didn’t want to listen ,and then he printed out a receipt he made up that doesn’t match my original order to the police. Then the tall lanky guy,was calling me a bum and said I didn’t leave a tip to the other person who delivered the pizza , and talking all rah rah ,and made false reports to the police and said I “called him outside and threatened to kill him” he said this right in front of me with a smirk on his face .That’s my original recipet and the new one for the order he made up when he printed out in front of the police.he said “u didn’t ask for chicken on the pizza”why would I ask for chicken and u see that theirs already chicken in the pizza in my order from what I placed online.I didn’t even tell him to add or take off anything because I know they can see the order .I inquired about how much spinach is suppose to be in the pasta.I never asked for spinach on the pizza..Why would I??u can see the pizza was supposed to have chicken on it . but he made up his own stuff and wouldn’t listen to me when I tried to tell him he tried to drown me out.u can see my original receipt and then the made up on which he placed over the phone when I calle the first time .They really threatened to call the police because they messed up my pizza and didn’t want to listen to me tell him he made up some sh*t I didn’t ask for .Y’all can all see right here ,I never asked for spinach in the pizza .he made that up .

Original receipt and new receipt from the order he made up and printed out in front of the police and make me look stupid.The police didn’t care what’s wrong with the pizza and sai d I can’t get my money back or a new pizza which I dnt want at the time and told me I had to leave .
The second pasta was decent so I didn’t take it back .But they way they talked to me in the store they probably spit in it .Especially the guy who called me a bum for “not leaving a tip” to the other person that delivered the pizza ,and the way the manager was talking .. they definitely probably spit in my food .

Quite possibly the worst pizza I’ve every had. Crust: no taste, sauce: no tomato flavor and weirdly spiced, Toppings: average at best, Temperature: barely warm (and my delivery location was LITERALLY 1/4 mile from the store. REALLY?? !!) Garlic sauce: sickeningly fake. NEVER NEVER NEVER order the Brooklyn style…..pathetic. GROSSLY over priced !!!!!!! I’m pretty sure they did a bait and switch and gave me a $7.99 medium and charged me for a specialty product. My fault for believing any commercial ever for a Domino’s product. This is a pathetic experience and buyer beware for anyone ordering from this location. Would give them less than one star if I could !

First every time I order a bread bowl ect it literally has dough completely war in the middle. On top of this I decided to order online and looked EVERYWHERE for the option to not put garlic butter on the bread bites and couldn’t find the option so I decided to call and politely ask if they could not put garlic butter on the bread bites. Mark proceeded to tell me on the phone that I don’t know what I’m talking about and the website absolutely has that option and he had so much attitude telling me this. Immediately I was upset cuz I have never been talked to the way he spoke to me in customer service. I work in it myself. Anyways I decide to thorough check the app from every point from picking your food to when you pay there is no option to say no garlic butter on bread bites. Yes with the pizza there is the option however with the bread bites there is no area to write a custom request at any point so mark you have no idea what you’re talking about and if you’re gonna have so much attitude with a good tipping and good paying customer atleast be correct about what you tell them. Won’t be coming to this location again I’ll be going to the one on 6 from now on

I don’t know what the guy name was he’s a heavy set black guy , he said he was a manager. The day I came in it was kind of busy and he had no driver. He was so prompt and professional. As busy as they were, he still greeted each customer, took orders, made pizzas. That guy deserves to be General Manager. It was a stressful work day but his professionalism, promptness and customer service, I will return again. It is my hope he becomes GM , if not I don’t think I can patronize a business they doesn’t promote hard workers.

The last time I ordered from them I didn’t get wings I paid for. they said they would make a note for the next time I ordered that I would be credited the wings. so I placed an order on my app for 3 other items which said it would be ready in 15 min. I immediately call to say I would like those wings to go with this order. the girl who answered the phone was super rude and said “I don’t see a note for a credit and I would need a receipt” I said well thats frustrating because they never told me I needed to save the receipt. she hung up on me. I call back to just order them and pay for them anyways because I needed them to go with my order, same chick said “were on a 2 hour wait, I said well I just placed the order and I need them to come with it” she hung up on me AGAIN!
I drive to the store, tell the guy that brought the order out about the terrible service and how I’m still leaving now without wings that I need because one can’t eat pizza and how frustrated I am. he still didn’t offer to do anything at all to make the situation better. if I wouldn’t have paid online when the order was placed I never would have gone to pick up the order. terrible, terrible customer service. and the bread twists looked completely different from the ones i have gotten in the past and were HARD!

Usually good food, but last time I placed an online order it was cancelled in store. Then store wouldnt take my order even though they were open on labor day. The girl working there was extremely rude and will be the reason for why I will not return. If you are closed thats fine, but you weren’t and you instead were extremely rude. Dont go to work if thats how you are going to treat people.

Ordered 15 Pizza from them for a birthday party 4 days in advance. And when I walked in to pickup my order I was informed by the on site manager that the previous manager “Dan” had canceled my order because “it say on my screen for 4 days”. The pizzas ended up being an hour late.
And when I called and spoke to Dan about rectifying the issue. He hung up on me. My business with this franchise is done. And I would suggest you do the same.
