We had a wonderful lunch. The service was so inviting and genuine. The double cheeseburger with bacon and jalapeños was terrific as were the pulled pork, hush puppies and sweet potato fries. A very cute place and terrific after a morning hike. We will be back!

They nailed it. We had dinner on July 4th. Flounder, wings and a burger (made fresh on site).
Flounder was perfectly fried, wings on point and burger was wonderful. Atmosphere was a beautiful view and staff were super friendly. Owner came around with cold watermelon. Beers came with a koozie (nice touch).
We have been talking about it since we left.

When you go to a dive bar built into an old gas station in a small mountain town you expect a great burger. You might even expect a local musician playing 2000s rock and country throwbacks.
But as I told my girlfriend, you don’t order a cob salad! And you definitely don’t expect the cob salad to come out looking absolutely awesome!?
Staff were awesome and friendly, local beer selection was solid, food was good, and even the outhouse was clean.
Definitely a solid dinner spot if you’re in town.

Quality of the food and drinks was top notch!
It was super busy so the food took much longer than expected but the atmosphere and high quality made up for it!
Bartender, I think his name was Kyle, was awesome last night! He was cleaning tables and helping the servers as he worked the bar!
Not to mention he was so handsome, which added to the pleasant Friday night!
There was live music, which was also really good!
I recommend this place!

We had mushroom and swiss burgers for lunch. The burger was off in color, cheese not melted, and seemed burger was kept in hot water, not grilled. We could hardly eat them. Had side salads which were good except we had to pick a few brown, yucky lettuce pieces out. Not sure why there are so many good reviews. Server was very nice.

Wow! Different place the food…good…the people…good! It is hard in this area to find good food. To use the restroom, you need to go outside down the way a bit and separate building, kind of like an outhouse. Everything comes from the City Drive In. Really unique.

Waited an hour for the food on a Saturday afternoon. The food was average. Servers were friendly, but we did not receive an apology for the long wait. I really couldn’t figure out the reason for it.
The fries were undercooked which was disappointing after waiting so long. The fish was very good and the burger was just okay.
