dunkin has always been my go to place, i went there today and ordered a matcha. the service was okay but some remarks were made but i figured we would let that go. this is the drink that was given to me, it has a horrible weird film on the bottom and the matcha wasn’t even mixed. it’s like they just threw it all in and gave it to me. i’m extremely disappointed with how this turned out being as i pay with my own money for this!!!

DO NOT GO HERE! This location has gone extremely downhill ever since the one really kind woman left. I could not even believe how rudely I was treated today. I ordered a latte and thought my drink was keyed in incorrectly and it was. I asked the girl if it was correct and she said it was. Then she brought it out and I again said hey is this what I ordered. She realized it wasn’t, huffed at me, closed the window, started yelling to another girl, and then they were pointing at me in a very demeaning manner. They kept looking at me angrily and rolling their eyes. I couldn’t even believe how hostile and aggressive their behavior was towards me – I actually felt very uncomfortable. Then to top it off, once I got my drink, it was only half full. Corporate really needs to go in and have a talk with this location as there have been other instances where my food has just been plain horrible; however, I am still in shock and disbelief at the severely disturbing behavior of the two female employees there today, which is why I am writing a review.

Please, please , please just close already! This is and has been the worst Dunkin I have EVER been too! Drinks suck(not made correctly), food sucks(burnt Avacado toast, undercooked hash browns, soggy croissants). How is it possible that every item here sucks?!

I really am not the one to complain on Google reviews. But this Dunkin pisses me off. Every time I go to this specific location, I am reminded as to why I do not go to this Dunkin. They always screw up my coffee. I’ve never had any issues at any other Dunkin getting the coffee the way that I like. But every single time that I go here, it takes 20 minutes to get my coffee and it’s always disappointing. It’s unfortunately, just convenient on the way to work. But I think I’ve decided that I will go the extra few miles and go to an actual Dunkin that will get my coffee order correct every time.

Horrible! Ordered two vanilla cream donuts and they were both stale. Best part is neither had the vanilla cream in them, not even a little. Pulled them apart as I left the drive thru and yep nothing in them!!! I love spending money on something that’s getting thrown away.

I’m not sure why the cashier at the drive thru was annoyed because I asked for my receipt. I ordered quite a large order and was never given a total or my receipt. I simply just asked for my receipt at the window. She came back and said is there a problem? I said no why? She rolled her eyes at me and said because you asked for a receipt, I said no I just wanted to know what my total was. She rolled her eyes at me again and walked away. I told her she was being very rude. Is it wrong to ask for a receipt these days?

I don’t know why they put donuts with icing in a bag very sloppy. This happens almost every time to the point where I’m reluctant to even ask for a donut bc of how they destroy them. I don’t know if it’s management or training, but if I pay for a donut I should be able to eat it…

This was my go-to Dunkin location, but can’t say I’ll be visiting any more. There always seems to be an issue. Making the wrong drink, not having a mobile order ready when promised, etc. my latest visit, I ordered a large almond milk latte. When I picked up the cup I thought it felt light, but was in a hurry so didn’t think much of it. When I got to work and popped off the lid, I couldn’t believe it. They basically have me a medium sized drink in a large cup. That was the last straw.
