Been coming to Imos for decades. The bacon pizza is unrivaled. (Even though the prices are hilarious for a factory made crust and super cheap provel cheese). I remain a loyal fan.
Had to try the new Red Hot Riplet wings. Boy I haven’t been so disappointed in a long time. These puppies are SO salty that they’re genuinely inedible. I’m not a wuss when it comes to salt either – I’m not just being a negative Nancy. I ate one of these and it felt like I was under attack. My body went into fight or flight. This was a cool gimmick and I’m sure thousands of people went to try them today for the novelty. It’s possible that I just got an over-seasoned batch but I will likely never try them again to find out. Yikes.

Haven’t had Imos is so long so I was looking forward to it tonight. Spent $50 for 4 toppings but the pizza was basically cheese. I knew something was off when he handed it to me and it felt light as a feather. So disappointed in getting ripped off!

I ordered a pizza around 5:30 today (11/26) and it did not taste good at all. i asked for light cheese and my pizza was in fact not light cheese. I also ordered bacon on my pizza and it seems like the just dumped a handful of bacon on only one side. Do better. These pizzas are not cheap.

Imo’s pizza is delicious. We did takeout on a Wednesday, and it took just a bit longer due to their special deals – it was busy. It was well worth the wait, though! Their St. Louis style pizza with their famous, creamy Provel cheese was nothing short of heavenly. There are some leftovers in the fridge, and I can tell you they’ll be gone in the morning. I can’t recommend Imo’s enough.

When I mentioned to Jr. that I was accustomed to the Hampton and Olive UCity locations, and I had doubts that this location could deliver the same flavor, he assured me that he could make it happen. And indeed, he went above and beyond to exceed my expectations. I ordered an extra large pizza, half chicken and half pineapple with extra sauce, cooked well done, and I must say, it hit the spot perfectly. I’d give it an 8.0 out of 10! Jr’s dedication to ensuring that I got exactly what I was craving for, and his commitment to delivering exceptional customer service, truly sets the Winghaven location apart. His confidence and skill in assuring me that I would enjoy the pizza just as much as I did at the other locations was commendable.

Avoid this location! Placed an order online for delivery, was estimated to arrive between 40-50 minutes. After 60 minutes I started using their pizza tracker and still no updates. After 70 minutes I called the store to check on the order. After waiting 3 minutes for them to answer their phone, I was told they didn’t have my order in their system, and they rudely insinuated I ordered from a different location when my receipt clearly stated the Winghaven location. When I continued to question about my order, she eventually found it and said it just went out for delivery and would be another 15 minutes, and hung up. When the order arrived the one pizza was completed charred, and barely edible, and all the food was ice cold. Beyond disappointed for $80 for pizza! We won’t be ordering from this location again. I will drive out of my way and bypass delivery to go to a different location.

No complaints about the order or service. Food was correct and the kids enjoyed it. The guy working the window was lovely. My chief complaint is the fact that there was a political flier stapled to my box. The flier was for someone running for O’Fallon city council. Regardless of any political affiliation, it’s inappropriate to put political fliers or propaganda on the pizza boxes. Is Imo’s corporate aware this is happening? Does Imo’s corporate endorse this candidate? I also don’t live in O’Fallon so it was a waste of a flier.

This place is a joke! Menu says one thing but I got something different. Taste of St Louis lunch special is what I ordered. Half my stuff that said it came with never got here to me $14 for a 8″ 2 topping pizza and a side salad. I called the number on the menu again to ask where the rest was he replied we don’t have that here. Umm it on your menu and this is the # on the menu. So with tip $17 for this . Picture in the comments. Oh and a 12 once drink to let’s not forget this.

Don’t order any food from here (take out or delivery) you will be disappointed. You won’t get the marinara sauce with your cheesy bites, you won’t get marinara. sauce with your toasted ravioli (when your not even supposed to ask for the maranara sauce) you’ll beg for Italian sauce for your pizza that you paid .50 cent for that is on the receipt. Once you call and ask them to bring it to the house they tell you that will be a 4.00 charge when they missed it in the order to begin with. I said shouldn’t you take the 4.00 out of your check since I’m paying for a product and not getting the full product? She said uhhh if you want the sauce you gotta come get it, bye. Good luck this is a brand new IMOs.
