Ordered three sandwiches – only one was decent to eat. The other two were made like someone was in a hurry and couldn’t have cared less. VERY skimpy on the meat as if they’re in a cost cutting effort. Sorry guys – I’ve been going here for years, but last two times have been horrible. Not sure what’s going on there these days. I’m going across the street to Firehouse Subs or Harris Teeter Deli. Both are consistently much better.

Order a hot sub combo fix drink. pay with a hundred dollar bill cashier takes it then the lady fixing the subs tells him we don’t take $100 bills. Then they have to through it away. Doesn’t make $ sense

Great food when delivered to the right address… the driver left it at the wrong building. They let me speak to the driver who argued he left it at the right place. Supposedly they knock and give a call if no one answers. I never got a call, and they left it outside the WRONG building. They offered to remake the sandwich which they did and low and behold they found the right building on the second try. The did not bring it back to wrong building again.

I have consistent issues with this location. I ordered a sandwich at 7:09 pm. I show up at 7:22 pm since they never update the app to let you know it’s ready. They usually update the app 20 minutes after you pick it up to let you know it is ready. No sandwich ready for pickup. I sit. They help 5 customers, then ask if I’m here for pick up. They ask my name THEN make the sandwiches/order. Why even have the app?

The employees at this location are always friendly and fast! I recently enjoyed a new TOASTED chicken bacon ranch, and it was delicious! I highly recommend stopping in for a quick bite!

Do better. Please. It shouldn’t take 30 minutes to get a mobile order when you’re saying is “freaky fast”. And yes, I was outside the store so I know it wasn’t busy. If you are going to take away curbside on the app then please stop advertising for it. I have a baby and planned on curbside but was not allowed and had to take her inside while five employees are just standing in there doing nothing. I understand if you don’t want to offer it anymore but please have accurate posters on the storefront. The quality has gone downhill so much lately. Guess I’ll just buy some day old bread on occasion and make my own sandwiches.

I’m not a Karen by any means but the last two times my fiancé and I ate from here we have gotten food poisoning…really bad. And I saw another review saying the employees were sitting on the counter where food is prepared and it makes perfect sense why we would get sick eating here. Definitely recommend the employees learning the basics of personal hygiene and cross contamination. I love jimmy John’s but I will never eat from this specific store again.

Horrible service and horrible manager! I placed an online order for delivery. Waiting for my sandwich and 35 minutes go by and no knock on the door or anything so and hungry. I call the store and ask about my order and they tell me oh it’s leaving now. I say that nevermind I just want a refund and I’ll go somewhere else. Shirley the manager responds to me and say she won’t give me a refund because the driver is on the road handing out orders. I stay 5 mins down the road and it’s been almost 45 mins at this point and still haven’t received anything. Shirley is adamant about not giving me my money back and tells me to just wait. I say that I’ve never had a problem before requesting a refund especially when I didn’t receive any food. Shirley tells me again she won’t give me my money back and tells me just to wait and condescendingly tells me she’ll just give me a credit instead. I am fuming avoid this place at all costs
