Reviews
The food itself was also extremely disappointing. I ordered sandwiches with tuna and chicken, but they barely put any filling in them. I honestly felt like I was just eating bread, with almost no tuna or chicken at all. The portions were tiny, making the sandwiches feel incomplete and poorly prepared.
The overall experience was frustrating. While the store wasn’t dirty, the inattentive service and lack of proper food preparation left a very negative impression. Subway is known for fresh ingredients and customizable sandwiches, but this location completely failed to meet those standards.
I hope management addresses the staff’s behavior and ensures sandwiches are made properly. Customers deserve friendly service and properly prepared food, whether they use a coupon or not.
I ordered a Veggie Delite and asked for the sauce on the side. The worker was kind and gave it to me correctly, but then the manager made fun of me in front of others. He said the sandwich had sauce both on the side and inside, even though it didn’t. The worker politely explained that she hadn’t put any sauce in the bread, but the manager still acted rude. It was uncomfortable and unprofessional. Customers should feel respected, not mocked, when they place a simple request.
