About a year ago I posted a review for this location, frustrated that breadsticks I had ordered were undercooked. New management has taken over since then, and I’ve DEFINITELY noticed the improvements.

I work up till midnight at an ER room for pets, so this place being open until 1:00AM on Fridays/Saturdays is a blessing on its own. I’m a simple man on a fixed budget, just a small cheese pizza with extra sauce is all I crave after an intense shift. I’ve gotten to know the employees over this past year, and their dedication/friendliness to doing the absolute best they can is nothing short of admirable.

Garrison, along with the whole team, have made sure that the pizzas I order ALWAYS have that incredible garlic butter sauce on the crust (honestly the main reason I prefer dominos over other fast food pizza places) while most other locations tend to always forget/squirt a drop of the sauce on the crust and pass it as acceptable. (Now granted, they forgot the garlic seasoning tonight but that’s likely due to training new staff that such a busy location needs to have more than most)

From my experience, it’s far more likely for a customer to take the time to leave a review if they’re upset with an order as opposed to giving praise when their order is done right, or even beyond. These employees are people just like you and me, trying their hardest to keep up with demand while delivering the quality Dominos standard we’ve come to know over the years.

Also, there are no rats in the building (the one review mentioning that honestly made me laugh, at best there may be some around the dumpster away from the building itself, but what dumpster at a RESTAURANT wouldn’t have scavengers?).

At the end of the day, this particular location as far exceeded my expectations in terms of service to their loyal customers. People make mistakes, we all do, but if you approach with empathy and understanding instead of rage and hate, you might just come to appreciate the compassionate side of highly stressed workers who’re there to provide us comfort food when we can’t/don’t feel like making our own after a long work day.

Kudos to everyone here. You’re all incredibly inspirational people for putting up with the things you do on the daily. I’ll be looking forward to picking up my pizza on the way home this upcoming Friday (just don’t forget the garlic seasoning on the crust!!! )

We ordered from this dominos numerous times. Somehow they always mess our order up and we always gave it another chance. When we tell them, they’ll make it up by a free pizza and when we order the following time they forget about the free pizza. Very very disappointing food and service. The pic shows that stuffed cheesy bread had NO cheese. Felt like I was chewing on plain dough. And we ordered a medium with half onion and half plain cheese and they put onion on the whole pie. My toddler ended up not eating. Even wrote to the corporate office through the website. It’s been over 2 weeks, I haven’t heard back from corporate or local. Won’t be ordering from them again.! Do better.!

Placed an order early evening. Got the text saying order was ready. Walked in to a workers music blaring not family friendly music so it was hard to communicate with the employee. Was told waiting on the pizza but how’s that if I got the text saying it was ready and even showed ready on the screen. This isn’t the first time I’ve had the issue with timing I get it they’re trying to keep their times down . So half of my foods getting cold while I’m waiting an extra 8-10 mins. No apologies for the tardiness. Will not be going back

Ordered pan pizza for delivery tonight did not receive a pan pizza. The pizza was inches thick of dough. Tried to call to fix issue they picked up the phone and left it on the counter for over ten minutes and never intended to pick it back up. I heard other complaints and employees getting yelled at. Corporate look at all the bad reviews please save this DOMINO’S

Very disrespectful to customers, drivers like blocking driveway to handle “business” not related to the store with non employees. Refuse to serve anyone they dont agree with. We will not be back to this location ever. This location needs a new owner, management and employees the current ones are terrible people.

This place is FILTHY , I’ve seen RATS roaming around the restaurant.
Not one or two, but a bunch, to the point that goes to people’s cars and create nests.
If the rats are outside you can only imagine how the kitchen looks like.

My experience from this Domino’s location was very foul and appalling. The conversation I had on the phone with another employee was polite until the call was transferred over to DIEGO. DIEGO was immediately disrespectful. His tone of voice and habit of cutting me off while explaining that my order was incorrect left a sour taste in my mouth. The fact that he was telling me that I was wrong as I was explaining that MY order was incorrect, AND that there was an extra ingredient on the pizza that my friend is ALLERGIC to was absolutely INSANE. As I continue trying to explain the situation to him HE ENDS THE CALL. That was extemely disrespectful, and I do not intend on ordering from this location ever again.

This is apparently an “ultimate pepperoni”….
In reality it is an ultimate waste of my money, which I will not eat. Remarkably, this is the SECOND time in which I’ve had identical issue.
I placed an order for a $15.99 pizza, to be paid with cash. Of course after the outrageous fees and the tip for driver that somehow never has singles, I paid $30 for this box of raw garbage. Parts are actually missing. the crust is raw and the cheese seems to have just begun melting when they literally threw it in the box and sent it on it’s way.

This time I called to say something and reached the most disinterested manager to tell me he’s going to re-make it as I could literally hear his eyes rolling. I’m not sure why its so difficult to simply receive something close to what one would expect and not pay double for an unfinished box of sadness. These people don’t care, that’s obvious from all the similar complaints posted. The real issue is why it seems to be acceptable to Dominos..
