I love how their team was very energetic! Great customer service. And considering that today was the grand opening, the lines moved quick.
As far as the food,
The sauces with the Korean mayo were delicious.
The foods were nice and fresh and they gave generous amounts.
the japchae was bland and dry, and this was one of the main dishes I was looking forward to eating. I hope as time goes by, the flavor gets better!
I can’t wait to try their Korean wings and the cheese cakes!

Super hard working people at the counter. When the place first opened it was a little slow but now they are taking all the customers and you can just watch them making sure the orders are taken care of. They deserve some serious praise for their hard work. 10/10

A wonderful healthy alternative to fast food available in Fort Huachuca. Service is outstanding and quick even with high demand. Highly recommend you give it a try you will not be disappointed.

There are varying levels of spice that you can get for your food. The staff is friendly and approachable!

Recent reviews indicate there was a lack of selection or poor quality food. The staff has always been upfront with menu items that are not in stock and willing to provide options similar to missing items. The food quality has been outstanding every time I have visited over the last five months.

Please give this location a try if you enjoy a more healthy menu selection.

Disappointed they didn’t do the order correctly. I ordered 2 and 1 child. The 2 I asked for extra protein she ignored me. I asked for no slaw extra noodles they add extra rice. With the sauce on the side and he added it in the bowl. I got home and it was spicy for the kids. I won’t be going back to this location unfortunately they are not trained correctly. They need to listen to the customers since we are the ones eating. 17 per bowl to be mistaken it’s not worth it.

Third time’s a charm, seems like there is never anyone there anymore on Saturdays. I go in around 4-5pm, there’s food sitting out without the lids covering some of them, lights are off, no employees around. I was only able to get an order the first week they opened, and haven’t seen an employee since. Seems to be an issue with Charlie’s as well. I guess only Popeyes wants to make money.

I do not recommend this location unless you have not been to a “real” Cupbop. If you have been to Cupbop in Tucson or other place you will be very disappointed. You get half the meat, and it’s more expensive for some reason. The first week they opened it was good and the quantity of meat was comparable to other Cupbops. A few weeks later and the quality and quantity has dropped.
The normal energy of a Cupbop is also severely lacking.
They have a captive clientele with it being in Shopette but I do not plan to go back.

I’ll wait until the weekend when we go to Tucson. This what we have been doing for quite some time and what we will continue to do.

The new manager, James, is great. Much improved over the last leader.

They care about their customers and listened as I changed up a few items on my bowl.

Try the piggy. It’s my favorite.

One person taking orders and same person making the food while the “the supervisor” disappeared on his phone for 30 mins doesn’t make for good service. Adding, people getting their food ten minutes after you ordered is horrible. Was great when first opened, but gone down hill since
