Need to get it together in the drive thru. Placed an order on the app again. Arrived at the restaurant to only sit in the mobile drive thru over 10 minutes after the young lady brought me my food. I was the 6th car in line. Everyone in front of me had their food EXCEPT the very first car. How does that happen? That person should have been told to move to another area while their food was being prepared. This is not the first time this has happened either.

I love chick-fil-A and I’m so happy they put one in hilltop location. This is probably the slowest chick-fil-A I have ever been to. There has been several times where they have asked me to pull into a parking spot to wait on my food when I do a mobile thru order. I waited for 10 minutes this time.

So I get to the drive thru at 10:22 am for breakfast. No one was taking food orders till 10:25 am. Needless to say by time I got to place my order at 10:32, I was told they were serving lunch and I couldn’t get what I went there for. They need to take better care of the drive thru customers who get there early enough for breakfast.

I come to this Chick-fil-A daily and it never fails to disappoint me. When this location opened I was excited my favorite fast food place was conveniently close by. Now I had to start driving further away to go to the one on Roosevelt that seems to have it together.

1) Whoever the hiring manager is, really needs to vet the applicants better. I waited in drive thru for 20 minutes, was given my food in the first 10. Waited the next 10 mins for my milkshake which I was told was being prepared. Finally noticed my milkshake had been sitting on the counter the last 10 mins and I had to ask someone if they could hand it to me so I can leave. Drive thru backed up, for something that was very controllable.

Another day I decided to do inside pickup since the drive thru is so horrendous. Girl hands me my three drinks and food, no cup holder. She walked away so quickly to go text on her phone at the ice bin, I had to stop another employee who was actually working to get me a drink tray. Something so controllable to put 3 or more drinks in a carry tray but again, they struggled. To make it worse she was in a rush to text on her phone not to service another customer.

2) If your thru is backed up, and the car in the front is waiting for food, ask them to pull up. There are four parking spaces right by the drive thru line they can park in. Allowing customers with their food to leave and keep things running smoothly. Something again so in your control, yet you don’t do it. You make everyone wait which naturally causes more frustration.

3) One minute I am being offered pup cups, not on one but 3 separate occasions by your employees. Today I asked for one and was told ‘we don’t do that here’ so I asked why and what changed? Was told the operator of this Chick-fil-A doesn’t do pup cups. That’s fine, but why would we blur the lines 3 times on a policy? Either you do it or you don’t. There shouldn’t be a back and forth. Another frustrating situation that again, is so controllable.

I understand some things will be out of your control and there is nothing you can do about it, but what I have listed here is all in your control. You are suppose to set a standard which is why Chick-fil-A has reached the heights it has. Get back to your basics and take care of the customer with quality service. Lately this feels like a McDonald’s and we don’t pay the price we pay for it to be like that.

I know you guys can do better, leadership really has to step up. You can do it, all it takes is teamwork and a goal.

All the workers that ive encountered were really nice, always spreading positivity, Although the drive through is a little slow, i try not to judge that much since they just opened and we are all human. overall if you are having a bad day best place to come to, most workers are eager to build a relationship with the costumers. I had some good conversations with some. Thank you cfa!

3 different sizes of fries, the kids fries had the right amount, and the other two had the same exact amount as the kids fries. What a rip off.

Chick-fil-A never lets me down! I have severe celiac disease now so I can’t eat their chicken, sandwiches nor their salads. But I can eat their fries, fruit cups and breakfast bowl as long as they change their gloves (I’m that allergic!) and they never let me down. I hate to ask for them to change their gloves, cause I know how difficult it is since I worked in fast food. Usually, they offer to change their gloves before I even ask!!. Their service is exemplary just amazing thank you Chick-fil-A!

We usually go to the Monroe Chick-fil-A near target but decided to give this one a try since it’s closer… never again. We waited 20 min for milkshakes and on top of that the milkshakes we were given were half melted plus it looked like the whip cream was just sprayed on top. And then when we got the milkshakes we weren’t even given straws.

The mobile drive thru is suppose to be fast and convenient and this is not the case. Don’t stop here for lunch because you take the risk of losing your job in this line.
