Best Chinese I’ve had yet in any part of Denver in the last decade. A lot of places load their dishes with tons of sugar, it’s been exhausting to find a place that doesn’t do this, the food here is just a wonderful normal balance of all the right flavors. Truly just great classic American Chinese food. I do wish they had hot sauce on the table, I wish I could have asked – they were super busy, place was packed and Togo orders nonstop. Will be back!!

I got the vegan Xiao Long Bao soup dumplings (soybean and scallions, also had peas and carrots inside) and it was delicious! Also got taro buns which were also very good. Service was great too! This place was recommended by a friend and I’m glad I went. Would return!

Unique and delicious made-to-order dumplings in a cozy, modern space. We tried the house sampler of all the different xiao long bao fillings, all were delicious but the lobster/shrimp, curry, and the original were the standouts. The dumplings were filled perfectly and the wrapping was thin and not doughy or tough at all. My favorite of the dinner was the custard dessert dumplings, they were truly incredible – lightly sweet, super thick custard in a bouncy, delicious steamed bun.

Came here with a group of nine and it was okay. The food was delicious. The place was clean and people where nice, but I would not recommend coming here with large groups. We all ordered different things and The first plate was out in 15 minutes and the last plate was at least 30 minutes later. Everyone was basically done eating by the time I got my dumplings. If you have a large group I would not come here. If it is just two of you this is a nice place to go with good food. Overall that’s the only down side to this place is they do not cook the food in the proper order to make it all come out at one time. If it was just me and a friend i would come back.

We had a really nice dinner at Dillon’s with our kids this evening. All of the food was great and the service was friendly and attentive. It was a bit of a wait (roughly 25 minutes) from when we ordered to when we received food. I think the dumplings must just take a while because we were the only ones in there at the time. Get an appetizer if you’re sitting down hungry.

Amazing dumplings!!!!!! been a while since I’ve been able to find a spot so good. Nice, quiet atmosphere around 1 pm for a Thursday. Food takes just a bit to come out, but that is because it’s made fresh! 10/10 service Vincent was a great server that was very accommodating!

I absolutely love Dillon Dumpling House! Their soup dumplings are incredible each one is made from scratch with a variety of delicious flavors that keep me coming back for more. The dumplings are perfectly crafted, and you can really taste the quality and care that goes into each one. The staff is also super friendly, making the whole experience even better. Highly recommend this spot for anyone who loves authentic and flavorful dumplings!
