Refused to do an order over the phone (said they were doing online only which is fine but their website was having issues). After placing the order for 8 pizzas, they called and said they were unable to do it. I mean I get it—it’s a lot of pizzas. But we were flexible on the time. They were just unwilling to work with us. So we ordered from dominos instead and have no problems.

My experience @ this place was very unpleasant. I called to place a lunch order over the phone but every time I tried the phone ring but then all of the sudden someone will pick up to hang up. So I place the order online and suppose to be notified when the order is ready. Never received a email, reply nor text. Upon arrival @ the store it has a sign on the door saying lobby is closed with the lock still on the door. Looking in I see caution tape but no employees. So I went back to my car to call with no answer at all. While waiting I saw a young lady open the & walked in. So I preceded in with music blasting with no employees to be seen. I asked the young lady has anyone waited on her & she stated NO and walked to the back to open the door & they both was outside in the back with customers in the lobby to pick orders with the music blasting where they cannot hear if anyone comes in or the phone ringing. Disappointing & unpleasant experience especially around lunchtime.

Employees did not wash their hands between making orders and answering phones, using their personal phone, changing stations on the radio or reaching in their pockets. The thin crust we ordered did not have the extra bacon on it that it was suppose to have and the original crust looked like a beat up frozen pizza from Walmart. The store was obviously understaffed to save on labor which is sacrificing quality.

Customer service was good, and the pizza was okay. It needed to be cooked longer, but the employees were performing multiple tasks without washing their hands before returning to the make line to finish making my order. One of the employees only washed her hands after I brought it up.

We ordered dinner for delivery at around 6:15 pm. Wife phoned about 8:15pm. Lady said it would be here soon. It’s now 9:04 pm. Still no pizza. Sad.. Update Sunday 1:02 pm Never received our pizza.
