I was here for a private event and let me tell you what….if you arent having ALL your events here, you are missing out! It was exquisite! The food was to die for, the mimosa bar was delicious, the service was outstanding, and the atmosphere was so very perfect! What a gem for Cheyenne!

Creative and special drinks at prices cheaper than the front range. Many people think this is a pricy place but if you consider what you get for the same price in Fort Collins, I think it’s actually quite reasonable. The Paramount is our special occasion place, and we love bringing out of town guests for a cocktail and snack. The liquor list is carefully curated and features locally produced premium products. Snacks are just as well thought out, with interesting twists on your standard bar food. The bartenders are generous with their time and really take pride in their work and it shows. Drinks are delicious without being heavy handed. I have yet to have a single bad experience here, and I can’t wait for their back patio to open again. The Paramount is lovingly local and really represents the best of what downtown can and should offer.

Charming cocktail bar in downtown Cheyenne. Walking distance to downtown hotels and a few other restaurants. They have small plates and fantastic cocktails. We tried a small sampling and they all tasted great with unique flavors. Would definitely recommend to anyone in town!

I really love the atmosphere of this place and the historical building. I think Cheyenne needs more cocktail lounges like this, but our last couple visits have fallen short of our expectations. The staff doesn’t seem to prep the ingredients for their signature drinks. When ordering, we are consistently told that they are out of multiple drinks on the menu. This bar lacks fresh ingredients like fruit and fruit juices that you would expect a good cocktail lounge to have. This place also is very loud, making conversation difficult. The artichoke dip was fantastic though.

Super cool cocktail bar in Cheyenne! I got dropped off here by accident and i figured why not!! Well it was terrific the staff were all very frieldy and had great recommendations to the menu! I had the benhur, a whiskey sour and an apple old fashioned. They all rocked.

Recently moved from Southern California to Cheyenne. We had heard about this place that served craft cocktails. On a previous visit we had gone to the Paramount Cafe for coffee. This place is called the Paramount Ballroom. They are actually right next door to each other and share some of the same space and ironically we ended up drinking our cocktail in the exact same seats where we had our coffee previously. The ambiance was more like a coffee shop rather than a bar, but the service was fantastic. Very friendly and we had more than one person check on us once they heard it was our first time there. We got two different cocktails that were both delicious. We did not try any of the food as we had just come from dinner, but they had several options for people who are meatless. I’m sure we will go back.

The Paramount Ballroom is my favorite spot on the front range for a cocktail. I like their appetizers, too! But the drinks and atmosphere cannot be duplicated. I’ll take a Ben Hur now please!

My go to drink is the Lion and the Mouse! This is a must stop in Cheyenne because you’re in the heart of downtown, surrounded by history and I swear to god if you don’t try the deviled eggs, you’re a fool. I know what you’re thinking – eggs with cocktails? I KNOW. Try it, love it, thank me tomorrow. If you’re new to Wyoming and want to try yummy local brews? Try a Melvin beer! Hey Zues is my favorite lager in all the land.

My friends and I stopped by Paramount while visiting Cheyenne and it was perfection! The staff were so friendly, attentive and passionate about their jobs. They made sure to spend time discussing the cocktails and food menu with us. The drinks and food were incredible and well priced! If you ever find yourself in Cheyenne, WY please give this place a try!!!
