I ordered 5 pizzas to be picked up. Shortly before pick up time, I called and ordered a 6th. I allowed 15 minutes thinking I’d have to wait. When I arrived the order was ready to go. Everyone was so friendly and even carried the pizzas to the car. I had 6 special orders and everything was made as ordered. Tasted great as well. It was a good experience and I’ll use them again.

Great experience. The employees were very nice and thanked me by name once the order was completed. I will say – the “pizza tracker” had informed me my order was complete and when I went there I had to wait for about 10 minutes to get my order because it was still cooking.
This isn’t a big enough deal to take away from the 5 stars though.

Food is good when I can get it, but getting it delivered is a totally different story. They seem to never have a delivery driver, lasnight I tried to order through the app at 9:30 it kept telling me invalid time. So I called them and was told that they could not take my order. So after being stuck at work and no way to get out I try again I ordered through the app at about 12 and shortly got a call saying they don’t have a driver. And a while back probably some time in December I ordered through the app and like 3 hours later I get a call saying they just saw my order, I told them to forget it at that point. Very frustrating when your only other option is vending machine junk. Especially when I’m a diabetic

We haven’t eaten at this Pizza Hut for at least 5 years because of poor service and food quality. Well, nothing has changed!!! We tried again because our granddaughter wanted pizza. Worst pizza ever!!! Pretty sad when frozen pizza is better than your local Pizza Hut. Never again.

I love this particular Pizza for the atmosphere, staff and food. It still has the interior design of the Pizza huts that were remodeled in the late 90s or early 2000s I can’t remember the exact time frame but it has the clock that’s been super fast for those who know they will know.
This particular one has only had one staff member that I consistently see during the lunch hour but they are incredibly nice and the food is always prepared quickly and well done.
The building is also very clean and the only complaint I have is that there’s no buffet but that seems to be a running theme with a lot of restaurants anymore that used to do it. However I’m not going to hold that against them and I’ll definitely be returning

The new manager is doing an amazing job of bringing Pizza Hut back up to standard. She is friendly, engaging, and very helpful. She makes sure the food is presented well as well as tasting amazing. If you stopped going to the Hesston Pizza Hut because of substandard food and service, go check it out again. It’s worth the visit.

I cant really say on the service I know they were short handed and was 8th grade promotion night so they should been staffed but the girl that was there was rude and seemed be making the delivery guy do everything and he was waiting tables then they called a gal in to help for bit and she was nice but the other acted like she couldn’t leave behind the register or counter

This restaurant has been around since i was a kid. Over the years, I’ve been less impressed with pizza hut across the board. I only order from there if I’m craving the stuffed crust, or if one of my kids gets a book- it pizza. Decent service. Had to wait on hold to place an order, for over 15 minutes… Prices not bad. They’re affiliated with the local school system, so that redeems them a bit.
